This hour we will learn about children’s education. Ephesians 6:4
Reader: You, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring
them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.

In this world, there is nothing more important than children’s
education. If parents give good education to their children, then their
influence will change the whole world. However if parents give wrong education
to their children, they ruin the whole world. So the life and death of this
whole world rest upon the parents' education to their children. If parents had
given correct and good education to their children, the world could not have
been destroyed like this. Parents have children and then entrust them to
somebody else. Even if they themselves do it, they can hardly succeed in
educating them.
Some people say that once a child becomes 7 years old, half of his
education is almost completed. From 7- 15 years old, the latter education will
determine his entire life. But there is not such kind of limit. Anyhow true
education must start from the mother’s womb.
People like John the Baptist, Moses, they received a thorough education
from their parents. When their parents were pregnant, they only embraced holy
imaginations.
Mother’s who always think of bad and foul things when they are
pregnant, then when their child is born, they also become just like them. Of
course good parents could have bad children, but in most cases it is known that
from third month of pregnancy, the mother’s ideas and imaginations are
implanted into the mind of the baby. I am not sure whether it is from the third
month but somehow it is true that mother’s ideas and thoughts are implanted
into the heart of the child.
Once I saw a mother who always stole things from others when she was
pregnant. When the child grew up, he also stole things from others although his
father was a good person. Yet his conscience was not stricken at all. So I found
out that depending upon what we sow, we also reap exactly.
So people like Moses’ mother and Jesus’ mother, they always prayed and
thought about holy matters when they were pregnant. Do you know that Moses’
mother never gave milk to her baby until after she prayed? Because my wife also
prayed so much when she was pregnant, when the baby came out, I could see that
he could even overcome his appetite although I did not teach him.
When the baby is still young, about 3 or 4 years old, he does not know
what is right and what is wrong, so he must learn to obey the mother’s words
unconditionally. For instance if the baby keeps running around in the church,
people say, “Ah, he is too young. Just leave him alone.” However, if the mother
just lets the child to run around inside the temple
of God , even after he grows, still he
will run around and make noise in the temple of God
Little kids always run around and can’t stay calm. If we tell them to
stay calm, it is the same thing as telling them to die. Because they are
children, they always walk and roam around.
My son also always walked around inside the temple so I took him out of
the church and punished him. I spanked him just a few times. So he cried, “Huh,
Huh, Huh” but as I punished him just a few times, he became so quiet. Then the
deaconesses came and said, “How come you are so nice? How come you are so quiet?”
How can a baby be so calm? Without being trained, how can a baby be so
calm automatically? So children must be trained. Even when dogs are trained,
they keep quiet and they obey. Why can we not train our children? Even pastor’s
children make noise inside the church opening and closing the door during
worship time. If deaconesses or some people would come to try to stop them then
the pastor would say, “Ah, no, no, no! Just leave him alone. He has a very weak
heart.” Then the whole church becomes a Babylon church
of God
Their children run around inside the church and even adults jump up and
down when they pray. Both adults and babies jump up and down in the church. So
when they are still young, they must learn to obey unconditionally. However,
when they have grown up enough to judge between right and wrong, you must not
force them to obey. You must reason out with him.
For instance, even if he made a mistake, you should not raise your
voice and yell at him. You must talk to him in a lower voice than usual. Even
if he made a big mistake, you must ask him, “Why did you do that? Why don’t you
go into your room and kneel down? Then while kneeling down in his room, he
regrets for what he has done. So when the mother goes into his room, it is
already after he regretted for all what he has done. He already repented so as
our Father forgave all our iniquities, transgressions and sins, she must
forgive him. Then because he was forgiven, he feels stronger love for his
mother.
No matter how big mistake he may have made, you should never spank him
with your hand. If you hit him with your hand...,
Just like a boxer in the ring, once he is hit then he feels an urge to
hit back. So if a mother hit him with her hand, he feels revenge towards her.
That’s why you must punish him with a rod. You must keep your temper no matter
how big mistake he may have made. Some parents, even without asking what
mistake a child did, they just start spanking him. Then the child starts
saying, “Please forgive me. Please forgive me!” without even knowing what he
did. Without knowing whether he did bad or good, he just says, “Please forgive
me. Please forgive me.” He just repents for fear of being punished. That’s a
confused and disorderly family.
When neighbors come to your house, you should never shame them infront
of others. Parents must honor them also. Are they your children? They are God’s
real children. However, some parents sometimes still shame them infront of
others even when they become 30 or 40 years old. That is how some parents
ruined the world like this.
As I went to prison once, I saw a prisoner who even killed his mother
with a big sword. So when all the prisoners asked counsel from me, I asked him
he did that. Then he said, “I have a son. He is a college student but my old
mother was even dragging my son around infront of all people in town and hit
and slapped him. So when I could not keep my temper anymore, I killed my
mother.” Is he really dishonorable son? Because of these kinds of parents, the
world became like this.
The parents must be honorable first for their children to honor and
respect them. No matter how big mistake your child may have made, you should
never shame him infront of others. You must meet him one on one in his room or
in your room. Just as we learned that we have to pray to our Daddy one on one,
you must also meet your child one on one. I have not learned children’s
education from anybody. If you only correctly understand how our Daddy educates
us, how He raises us then...,
Everything you learned in ten days this is the children’s education. So
you can meet your child in his room one on one. Because he was kneeling for a
while, he already repented. Then you can ask him,
“Did you do good or bad?”
“Yes. I did something bad, too bad.”
“Alright. I am going to forgive you but don’t do it anymore.”
He knows that he deserves punishment, but since he was forgiven, he
feels so happy and so thankful to his mother. He has strong love for his
mother. However, if anybody punishes him right away, then he just apologizes
for fear of being punished. We already learned that those who obey God for fear
of being punished cannot be saved. Their obedience avails nothing. But if the
children commit the same wrong again, still you should not raise your voice
saying, “How come you did it again?” Even if he made a mistake again, you must
tell him, “Go into your room and kneel down.” When he did the first mistake, if
you had told him to kneel down for 30 minutes, then you can tell him to kneel
down for about an hour. Then after an hour you go to him and ask,
“Now, why did you do that again?” Do not raise your voice at all. “Last
time you promised that you would not do it again, how come you did it again?”
Then the child says, “Mom, please forgive me just once more, just once
again.”
So the mother can forgive him again, “Alright, I forgive you again.”
Then the child feels so happy. Then you can ask him, “What if you do this
again? Then, what shall I do?”
“Then I will be punished. No problem, I will never do that again.” So
you can forgive him. Then the child becomes so thankful to his mother and loves
her more.
In most cases, if you do like this, he will be corrected. But some
kinds of children even commit the same thing again for the third time. Then as
you promised with him, you must give him punishment. No matter what kind of
promise you made with your children, you must keep it. If you have promised to
give him any prize or gift, you must keep your promise. With punishment also,
you must keep your promise. When he did that third time, you should not get the
rod your self. You should let him bring the rod. I also let my children bring
the rod. If I only say, “This is already third time so you must be punished,”
then he quietly stands up and brings the rod. But he brings completely rotten
stick. “Hey, it is completely rotten, how can I do this? Why don’t you get a
fresh, new one?” Then he brings a new, fresh one. Just as our Father asks us
how many times we deserve to be punished, let him decide how many times he
should be spanked. Then he said,
“Just once.”
“Just once? You did such a terrible thing.”
Then he says, “Just three times.”
Then according to the maturity of the child, you can just decide. Let
him decide first. Then, when you hit him, you should not him slowly. The Bible
says that if you hit your child, his foolishness will go away from him. So if
you hit him, you must hit him hard. Even if blood comes out, you should hit him
hard. If you hit him slowly, the child regards his mother as nothing. So no
matter what happens, you must hit him hard. Then the child bursts into crying,
he cries loudly. Tell him to be quiet. If he still doesn’t keep quiet then you
can hit head just once. Then he closes his mouth. After hitting him, you must
talk with him. You must explain to him and ask him,
“Hey, my baby. Do I love you or hate you?”
“You love me.”
“Then why do you think I hit you? To let you die or to let you go to heaven
and live with me together?”
Then the child thinks, “Oh, you hit me to correct me and live with me
together in heaven.”
“If you keep doing this kind of thing repeatedly, you will be like
Satan. Then how can I go to heaven and live there by myself? How can I live
without you? When you are hit, you can sleep at night, but I cannot even sleep
at night after hitting you. I cannot sleep because I feel so bad. I never want
to hit you my child.” You must confess your love to him.
In old times, our ancestors never confessed their love to their
children. They just kept quiet after hitting them. That’s why they ruined their
children. The children were only afraid of their parents. They just go away
when they grow big. Parents, these days, just let their children alone, no
matter what they do.
Just as our Father confesses His love to us, we can confess our love to
our children. And you must exalt love and justice at home. When you
hit him, it is justice- principle. If you confess your love to him, it is love.
There must be justice and love altogether both at home and in the country. If
one is missed, then it is completely a confused family. If there is no justice,
no principle, no distinction between parents and children, old and young, this
is a completely confused family. So children must be taught that once they make
a mistake, they must receive a punishment as a result, and once they did
something good, they must also receive compliments. Then you can give a piggy
bank and confess your love to him. You can just walk around carrying him on
your back saying, “My child, why do I have to hit you? I never want to hit you
because I feel so bad after hitting you. Let’s not do it anymore, my baby.”
Then the child feels so sorry to his mother.
Just as our Father comforts us even seven times more after rebuking us,
we must also confess our love to them. Comfort them even seven times more.
Majority of mothers these days, when children are punished or hit, do they come
to you or just go away from you after being hit? If they just go away, you
should not give that kind of punishment at all. It is completely a failure. You
must punish them in such a way that they will come to you after being hit. You
can just treat them exactly as our Daddy treats us. After hitting them, you can
confess your love to them. Our Father comforts and binds us even seven times
more after rebuking us, so you must do like that. Then the children become much
closer to their parents and they make a strong decision never to do that
anymore in order not to make their mother unhappy.
However, you should not punish all children in the same way because
some kinds of children are over sensitive. If you hit them, they become almost
crazy. They almost lose their sanity. Then you must not punish him like that.
Over sensitive children must be punished in a different way. But if they keep
crying all day long when you just leave them alone, you should straighten them
out also. Over sensitive children can be punished in this way. Over sensitive
children cannot stand stuffy atmosphere. So when that kind of child is crying,
you can just cover him with a blanket. Just cover them tightly and make an air
hole. When they cry more loudly, just keep saying, “Unless you stop crying, I
am not going to open this.” Then although the child keeps on crying, he cannot
come out because the mother is holding the blanket. Then he starts thinking,
“Unless I stop crying, I cannot go out.” Then he tries to stop crying, “Ah, Ah,
Ah!” so you have to quickly let him out and pat him on his back saying, “Oh, my
child, my child.” If you give him that kind of medicine just a few times, he
will be corrected.
When parents made some kind of mistake, you must also ask forgiveness
from your children. When children did something wrong, parents shout to them
and punish them but when parents did something wrong, they just stay quiet
without apologizing. That kind of parents cannot be honored and respected by
their children.
When I was still young, sometimes I also made mistakes and I felt so
ashamed to apologize to my children. So during family worship, I apologized to
them saying,
“Hey my children, I yelled at you today, will you please forgive me?”
So my children would say, “Yes, Dad.”
Then a few days later, I would lose my temper and would yell at them
again. So at family worship I told them again, “I yelled at you today, will you
please forgive me?”
And my kids said, “How come you always keep saying ‘Please forgive me,
please forgive.” However, even if we made the same mistake hundreds of times, we
must ask forgiveness from them hundreds of times. It is also a kind of
education we give them. They also learn that, “Ah, when I make a mistake, I
must be forgiven also like my Dad.” So if you make a mistake, you must
apologize to them. This is how you can be respected by your children and also
they learn to repent and apologize.
Parents, especially mothers, please don’t lie to your children anymore.
When they go shopping or go somewhere else, leaving their children at home,
they say, “I’ll be right back.” However, lunch time passed by, even dinner time
passed by, but she doesn’t come. The little baby believing her mother’s word,
quickly goes out when there is just little sound outside. If anybody just
passes by, he quickly goes out again, but it was somebody else. Then the baby’s
heart is so hurt. There is nobody whom he can trust except his mother, but if
his mother also lies to him, who else can he believe in. When she comes so late
in the evening, without even apologizing, she just smiles and that’s it.
When there is any inflammation on the skin of the baby, the mother
says, “Oh, this is not painful at all.” Then she squeezes it. When she gives
any bitter medicine into the mouth, she says, “Ah, it is not bitter at all,”
but it does and she puts it into his mouth.
The little baby is so innocent and naive and he trusts only his
parents. Yet some fathers these days, they say, “Will you please lend me some
money from your piggy bank?” Then, they drink with the money and don’t even pay
back. Children do not even know what is lie, what is truth. So they think, “Ah,
this is the way we can live in the world. This is the world.” Then they become
liars and criminals in the world when they grow big. They can even be condemned
criminals. Then parents say, “How come you became like that? Who did you
resemble?” These parents made them like that. If she is going to come in the
evening, then the mother has to tell the child, “Ah, I am going to be a little
bit late. Will you please stay at home? I prepared special lunch for you.” Then
the child can play around by himself with the toys. Why should she say that she
is going to be right back when she is not. People say, “Ah, there are good
lies.” How can there be good lies? Lie is a lie!
You must also teach your children to trust in God in times of trouble.
When I was rearing three children, I tried to have my surrounding just like
that of Jesus. In a country, on a sunny place, I had my house. My house was a
little bit far from other houses. Because we were living in a remote place, my
children had no worldly friends. They were always saying good words. So when
worldly people came, they would say, “How come you don’t speak any curse? Why
don’t you try once.” However, they didn’t know what is curse. So my children
were brought up in such a quiet and clean surrounding.
Later, due to my Father’s providence, I had to move to a place in a
middle of the village. There, when worldly kids fought, they kept fighting
until they see blood coming out from any of them. So next to my house, there
was a little kid also. He was not bigger than my child. One day, my son
suddenly ran into the house out of breath. So I asked him,
“What happened to you? What’s wrong?”
He said, “Chong Shik next door was going to hit me so I fled away.”
Some people say like this, “How come you eat so much rice and you
cannot even hit him. Go out and hit him.” We should not say this. Some other
parents even say, “Who did this to my child? Who was going to hit my child?”
Keeping the child at home, the father goes out to fight with the little boy.
The former case, the father who says, “How come you only eat rice and
cannot even hit back? How come you only kill rice and cannot kill others?” They
curse the child and say, “Go out and die.” Because of those kinds of parents,
children today even fight with one another until they kill. So kids of these
parents think, “If I go run into the house, then I will be hit by a bigger
fist,” that’s why they keep fighting until they kill. Christian families are
the same. Christian parents say the same thing, “How come you were hit by him.
Go out and hit him.”
The latter case, the father who says, “Who was going to hit my child?”
and keep his child at home. Those kinds of children cannot be independent.
So when my son told me that the boy next door was going to hit him, I
said, “Oh, I see. Then this is the time when we have to pray.” Please read
Psalms 50:15.
Reader: Call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you
shall glorify me.
Speaker: Yes. [Call upon me in the day of trouble,] when you cannot
solve the problem by yourself. Call upon your Daddy, then [I will deliver you,
and you shall glorify me.] “See? This is when we have to pray. Let us go to
pray.” So my son and I went to the church, to overcome this time of trouble
caused by Chong Shik next door. So I prayed, “Father, Chong Shik next door, was
going to hit my child so please help him to be friends with him.” So my child
and I prayed so earnestly. That evening, he was coming in with a big smile and
he said, “Dad, Chongshik came and said to me, ‘Hey Changsun, let’s be good
friends.”’ He received the answer to his prayer and he was so happy. So in
times of trouble, we must teach our children to trust not in parents but in our
Daddy.
Next, we must also be a good friend of our children. If children keep
something in secret and do things secretly, that kind of family has become a
hell to them. To be strict to children is not a good thing, not a good way of
rearing them. In old times, parents used to be so strict to their children.
While these days, parents just leave them children alone. Before, our parents
were so strict that children could not even do what they wanted. They only had
to obey their parents. Even though they did not want to marry a person, they were
just forced to marry. However, these days, parents just leave their children.
Both of these are wrong. We must be close to our children.
When my children were still small, we used to visit our brother’s
house. When my children stopped going to school, there were many persecutions
from my mother, my bothers and sisters. However, these days, they now realized
and acknowledged that I succeeded. So as I went out to my brother’s house with
my three children, I told them, “Why don’t you go out and play?” Then they all
went out. When I told them, “Why don’t you come in?” Then they all came in.
They were just soldiers in the army. So my mother said, “Hey, you should not be
so strict to your children. If you do that, then your children will not even be
able to speak to others when they grow big.” My mother and my brothers thought
that I always hit my children and punish them all the times. I just laughed.
Later, my mother visited my house. Then she saw that my children
regarded me as a play thing. My two daughters were hanging on my left arm and
my son on the other arm. They were telling me to swing them around. So my
mother said, “Please don’t, please don’t. What if your Dad dies?” That was when
my mother realized that my children’s education at home was a heavenly
education. Even though they were playing with me just like their friends, yet
everytime I told them to do anything, they never said, ‘no.’
Nowadays, my son is even taller than me. He is now 19 years old.
However, up to now, I have never heard him saying, “No Dad, I don’t want to do
it.” I’ve never heard him say like that. I don’t know what is going to happen
to him in the future. Nobody can be too confident in children’s education. No
matter how nice a child may be, children can change. Also a bad child can
become good. The reason why I teach you children’s education is not because I
gained success already. I am just doing my best. Only when we go to heaven, and
only when we see our children standing next to us, that’s when we can say “I
succeeded in children’s education.” Before then, nobody can say, “I really
succeeded.”
When parents give them a command, they must obey but parents must be
the closest friend of their children. For instance, when children grew big,
parents must be close friends to them that they could even discuss about
boyfriend or girlfriend saying, “Mom, Dad, do you think it’s alright if he
becomes my boyfriend, or she becomes my girlfriend?” Parents must be close
friends with their children so that they can even discuss with them as to those
kinds of things. Just as our Father became so close friends with us, we must be
close friends of our children also. In the past we used to keep everything in
secret to our Father, but now we can talk to him about anything. Likewise, we
must be like that to our children.
When I go back home, sometimes my son asks me, “Dad, I received this
letter from a girl, what do you think about this?” If I read the letter then I
say to him, “You don’t have to write back. Then, to this letter, you can write
back.” He just asks me whatever he wants. We must be close friends with our
children. If you are so strict to them saying, “How come you are doing that?
How come you do that?” Then the children keep everything in secret. So once the
problem grows bigger, the children cannot solve the problem and the parents
cannot solve the problem either. We must be close friends with our children so
that they can rest their hearts to their parents.
I also wanted to send my to theological school. Whether he would become
a pastor or not, I just wanted to send him to theological school to teach him
about God. However, when I looked at the theological school of the world, I
could not send him there. I would rather send him to worldly school or public
school. If we send our children to missionary school or to church school, we
ruin them completely. If we send our children to public schools, they try to
keep their faith for themselves, and their faith grows stronger. But children
in theological school or missionary school, they just trust whatever the school
teaches them. Then they become completely corrupt. Some of my church members,
they wanted to go to Theological school. So I told them not to go but they
disobeyed me and went there. So after going there, they all became corrupt. They
don’t go to church anymore. Because all theological schools became den of
Satan, so we should never send them to theological school.
But these days I could not send my children neither to theological
school nor to public school. They themselves chose not to go to the worldly
school. At first they were attending worldly early school, elementary school.
But even though they were always absent every Sabbath they were always on top.
When my son was in 4th grade in elementary school, when the school was trying
to select one or two good students, my son was always chosen. So all the
teachers loved my child so much. They always complimented him. They even made
him a class president. As a class president, he must also punish students, or
shout at them sometimes, but he could not do anything like that. So he found
himself getting more proud and arrogant. All the parents were complimenting him
all the times and he was also complimented by others. So he found that he was
getting worse and worse in character. He could not hit others even other kids
were trying to hit him, he found himself getting worse. One day he came to me.
“Dad, I don’t want to go to school.”
“Why?”
“I seemed to be getting worse.”
He cannot express that his character was getting worse. He just said,
“I am getting worse.” I was so thankful to him. Of course I felt also a little
bit bad. If he had low grades, I could have scolded him or I could make his
words as an excuse, but he was always on top. Although he was always
complimented by all students, and all the teachers, but he himself said that he
didn’t want to go to school for the sake of his character. So, I was so
thankful and told him,
“If you stop going to school while living here, it is not a good idea
for our Daddy’s glory. If we move from this place then let’s start not going to
school but as long as we stay here you must always be on top.”
And he said, “Alright.”
“From now on, let’s pray for our Daddy to let us move from here.” Then
he and I started praying.
So when he was 4th grade in Grammar school, we had to move from there.
From then on he stopped going to school. My second daughter finished only
second grade, and my third one, she didn’t even go to school. I never told them
not to go to school. When they themselves compared their home life with their
school life, they found out that to go to school is to be worst in character in
the sight of God. But I always told them, “Anytime you want to go to school,
then I am going to buy everything you need.” They themselves chose not to go. So
they were brought up only at home.
Since I talked about school. I think I have to add more about school.
As I think about students today, they look so pitiful. Hey! You parents do you
send your children to school to let them live or to kill them. Of course nobody
sends his children to school to let them be killed, or to ruin them. Everybody
wants his children to be great in the world, and everybody wants his children
to go to heaven.

“Hey! Student, what is your purpose in attending Harvard University
“Ah, after graduation I am going to take the judicial exams. Then I am
going to be an attorney after passing the judicial exams.”
He was so proud and confident of himself.
“Then what are you going to do after that?”
“After that, I am going to be a congressman.”
“After that, what are you going to do?”
“Ah, after that, I am going to be a president.”
“Then after that, what are you going to do?”
“After that, probably, I have to go fishing.
“After that, then what are you going to do?”
“After that, I have to die.”
“Oh, I see. You are attending Harvard University
That was the end of the conversation. From that time on, he started
saying, “Yes, I am going to Harvard

“Teacher, what shall I do with my school?”
“Ah, you can just pray to your Daddy and do what He tells you.” So I
asked him, “Do you think the world has come to its end already?”
“Yes.”
“Do you believe Jesus is coming soon?”
“Yes.”
“Then what kind of subject do you study in school? Do you think it will
be used in heaven? French? English? Chemistry? History? What subject do you
think will be used in heaven?
“Nothing.”
What do you think we will use there?”
“Only the Bible.”
“Make your own choice.”
Students these days, do you know how hard they study in school? In
grammar school, junior high, high school, and in college? Students in most of
schools these days, they finish the entire course even two years before
entering university. Then one year before, they just prepare for university.
That’s why they had to carry lots of books every day that the government made a
knapsack for students. Because they have to carry many books, their shoulders
became curved like this. They always carry heavy bags. Every day they have to study
so hard, that teachers instill them with all kinds of things, so many things
that they cannot bear anymore. If they come back home the parents say, “How
come you got very low grades?” At home parents scold them and in schools,
teachers scold them. So many students these days even commit suicide. Many of
them just go away from home and school. They just go to the world and do
whatever they want. Since parents and teachers at home and school always scold
them, how can they stand?
There must be proper exercise when we grow. However without exercise,
they keep on studying using their brain all the time, and how can they grow?
Look at the chicken in the poultry, they always stay inside the small cage,
without doing anything, without any exercise, that’s why they grow old so
easily and so fast and die. Our children are just like these chickens in the
poultry. Without exercise, they always study. Majority of students today, their
bodies are full of diseases. That’s why in college, most of the students have demonstration,
because that’s the only way they can express their restrictions and
suppressions.

If Jesus is coming soon, what do you have to do? We must prepare our
character. Then in order to prepare our character, what must we do? We must
receive our Daddy’s love, we must learn of Daddy’s love and be transformed into
His image. This is the only way we can go to heaven. But students go to school
just to keep on studying. They have no time to prepare their character for
heaven. Parents are so busy making money for their school tuition. They have no
time to prepare their character also. They are only busy making money. Students
have no time to prepare themselves for heaven and parents have no time either.
Both parents and children are too busy.
In order to complete a university course one must pay much money,
that’s why parents, both Christians and pastors are so busy making money, for
their children. So both parents and children have no time to prepare themselves
that they have to die together. Do you know what is the last snare of Satan?
Satan made a big snare of education to destroy all students in school. This is the first snare of Satan in these
last days.
Another snare is for parents. He makes parents seek much money for
their children. So Satan makes these snares, one for children and another for
parents. They have no time to study God’s words and learn about His love.
What school did Jesus come out from? He did not even go to grammar
school. What about Elijah, John the Baptist? What kind of school did they come
out from? No school, but they all became saviors and prophets of the world.
They became saviors of the world who save doctors and scholars of the world. I
hope you make your children the true doctors, true prophets to save the world.
These days, in order for parents to send their children to school, they have to
make much money. If they fail to go to university they say, “Oh, how come my
son, my daughter failed?” If they failed parents are supposed to be happy but
they say, “Oh, I failed in killing my son.” They try to send them there to let
them be killed.
Among you audience here is sitting a girl, who was about to go to a
mission university in America Yan-shin University Yan-shin University which is one of the top schools in Korea Mission
university has gone away and she became the best student here. After the
meeting she wrote me a letter:
“Ah, I am somebody who was a valedictorian in Yan-shin University
So I wrote back to her. “If you are going to have any least regrets of
having given up your course, If you are going to have any regrets of having
given up your desire, then please go right now.”
I heard that she was a little bit upset. Anyhow she became the top
student in this greatest university also.
We must know and we must consider if we are sending our children to
school to kill them or to save them. Parents come here to receive eternal life
and send their children to school, to ruin and to kill them.
When Jesus comes, He will not ask us how many people we saved. He will
ask us, “Where are my children whom I entrusted you?” The pastors are the same
these days. They say, “Ah, I send my children to medical school, to law
school.” Aren’t they deceivers? If they are truly God’s servants who are
longing for heaven, should they not send their children to Theological School
Since my children do not go to school, I don’t have to make money for
my children’s education. So my children and I have lots of time to study about
our Daddy’s love. The way to heaven is so easy then why do people go through so
much trouble to kill themselves, others and their children.
People in the world say, “How come Park Myung Ho abolishes even the
compulsory education?” So they reported to the government like that. But no
matter what happens I can’t help. Why is this world being destroyed now?
Because of those pastors and teachers, professors. Even pastors stir up
students to raise demonstrations against the government. Did Jesus drag many
people to raise demonstration against Rome Rome
The pastors and priests in the world who are supposed to teach them
about the way Jesus went, they are the ones stirring up their students to raise
demonstrations and let them kill themselves in front of people and kill one
another. Many policemen are killed by students. Is this the work, the proper
action of those who follow Jesus? All of them became crazy. Professors in
college, pastors, catholic priests, they all became crazy. Is that right
education? Even Buddhists kill one another and pastors raise demonstration, yet
they say, “We are going to go to heaven.” The young students just follow
without knowing anything. But how come those people are leading young students
like that? Some professors in college and university even receive secret
education from Kim-IL-Song in North
Korea
Since parents entrust their children to those kinds of teachers, how
can they expect anything good from them? That’s why their children became just
like their teachers and professors.
We must be like John the Baptist’s parents. John the Baptist’s father
Zechariah was a priest. Even though he graduated from theological school he
never wanted to send his child, John the Baptist to theological school. So he
went into a mountain and gave personal education to his son. He gave the
greatest education from heaven to him that’s why John the Baptist became one of
the greatest prophets in history.
Jesus mother Mary also, she gave a heavenly education to Jesus. Moses,
because of receiving worldly education for 40 years, our Father had to give him
another education, to let him forget all his former education. After then he
could be used by God. Apostle Paul was the same.
Had there been any person in the Bible who had saved the world after
coming out from any theological school or any university? Moses and Paul, they
went through all kinds of trouble to forget all things they have learned from
the world. Moses even spent 40 years to forget everything he had learned from Egypt
However, I am not saying that you should not send your children to
grammar school. Grammar school is a compulsory education so you can just send
them if you want. Moreover, our sanctuary school cannot just accept those
little kids. If they go to grammar school, they can keep the Sabbath and follow
this light also. Also, grammar school teachers do not instill bad ideas to
them. They just teach them how to write and read, unlike in colleges. If there
is no problem in not sending them to grammar school, then you don’t have to
send them. But if you are going to be imprisoned by not sending them to grammar
school, then you should not invite trials.
People outside say that Park Myung Ho, abolishes even the compulsory
education and they spread all kinds of rumors. They say, “He abolishes
compulsory education, destroys families, etc.” My children also attended
grammar school. (grade school) Jesus said to us that we should be as wise as
serpent and as pure as dove. If teachers in grammar school instill bad ideas in
the heart of children, then we cannot just not send them to school.
These days even from junior high school, boys and girls start smoking
and they are taken by male and female problems. Knowing all those kinds of
problems, and the corruption in churches and schools today, parents still send
them to school just because everybody else is sending children to school. Just
like animals who just follow their owner, they just send their children to
school without consideration.
Right now, is the best time we must do our best to prepare our
character, and also our children’s character. The word of God must become our
flesh before Jesus coming. I am not telling you not to send your children to
school. As for my children, they themselves decided not to go to school, but I
am not telling you not to send your children to school. Do whatever you want.
Make your own choice. I am just telling you the right way to heaven. There is
no compulsion in our kingdom, in our Father’s kingdom. Anybody can do whatever
he wants.
If you do not want to send your children to school, you should not
leave them alone without giving them any work. Laziness should never be
tolerated. When I was rearing my kids, when I work outside, I always work
together with them but I never let them overwork. The little one, the third one
I only gave one furrow, the second one two and the third one just three
furrows. Depending upon their maturity, I just assigned them work to do. I told them, “If you finish your work early,
then you can just play around.” Since they had their own duty, then they just
do their best to finish it as quickly as possible. Then after finishing it,
they just play around by themselves. So even if they play around while their
parents are working, they don’t feel guilty. Why? Because they have finished
their work already. So to teach them ‘responsibility,’ I gave them work. But we
should never let them overwork all day long together with the parents. That’s
why I did not let them just play around all day long without doing anything. To
teach them the spirit of responsibility I bought a sheep for each one of them.
They had to raise them. That’s why whatever they do, they are so responsible to
their duties. So people say to them, “How come you are so responsible? How come
you work so hard just like adults?”
In some families, while parents are working so hard outside, the
daughters just stay inside the house with long fingernails, just reading
magazines without doing anything. Some boys also, when their parents are
working so hard, they just stay in their room, playing the guitar, “Doom, doom,
doom!” And when the father came back from the field, they just ask money. That
is not the children’s mistake. It is their parent’s mistake. In some families,
even if girls come back so late at night, parents don’t ask them where they
have been. Children only ask money from their parents without doing anything,
but it is parents who made like that.
When parents have to punish their children when they are young, they
must punish them hard, they must hit them hard. When the tree is still young it
must be straightened. Once it grows big, it cannot be straightened. People say,
“Ah, when she grows big she is going to be alright. Just leave her alone.” But
when she grows big, she cannot be straightened anymore.
Do you know why Sodom and Gomorrah
These days, since I do not have a farm or like that, my children have
nothing to do. I have so much trouble. Children must be given any duty. They
must learn to accomplish work as quickly as possible. If a person accomplishes
work all day long when it is supposed to be done in just five minutes, that
kind of thing must also be straightened out. If you don’t send your children to
school, you must give them duties to make them work hard. They must be taught
to be diligent.
Next, as for worldly literature. Literature of the world, you should
not let your children read them. There are many bad books, books about bad
stories and adventures and murders, and all kinds of impure things. They are
just like beer and soft drinks.
Because I did not send my children to school, I received many persecutions
from my relatives. But, although they send their children to universities,
their children always caused troubles and accident. Their parents had to go to
the police station and paid fine, something like that. So, although they
persecuted my family at first, now they realized that my children are better
than theirs. They always have trouble with their children. One day my children
visited my sister-in-law’s house.
When I stopped sending my children to school, I received many
persecutions from my brothers. They said, “How come you don’t send your son to
school? Give him to me and I will send him to law school. I myself will send
him to law school.” Oh, I had a hard time. Even though he is my own son, I had
a hard time. My brother even said, “If you will not send your son to school.
Please don’t come to our house anymore.” However these days, they can see the
difference between my children and their children.
One day, my children went to my sister-in-law’s house. She is a
principal of Grammar school. She loved my children so much because my children
were working so hard faithfully and they helped her clean her house. So
whenever my children would visit her she was truly fascinated by them. Then she
asked them, “What shall I give to you? What do you want? I am going to buy
whatever you want.” So they said, “Ah, it is alright. We don’t want anything.”
Then she bought a whole bunch of books, the worldly literature.
My son loved books so much. Once he starts reading a book, he would not
sleep unless he finishes reading it. As I looked at those books, most of them
were so bad. If I had told them, “Don’t read them. These are Satan’s books.”
Then if I had ripped them and threw them away, they would go to neighbor’s
house and read them in secret. So everything must be done according to our own
judgment. They themselves must make their own choice. So I read the book,
“Counsels for Teachers, Parents and Students.” This book tells that those
worldly literature are just like beers and drinks of the world which causes to
crave for stronger things. I just opened that book and showed my son. After
reading the book, he himself began to wrap them all up. Then He showed a book
to me, “Dad, what about this book? What do you think about this?” It was a
Bible story book so I said, “It’s going to be alright.” Except for that he
wrapped everything, then threw it away.
All the worldly literature are all lies of those philosophers and
doctors of the world. All those books were written by philosophers, writers,
they are all liars. They just wrote down untruthful stories. That’s why
children who read those books are always possessed by foul imaginations. Once
they started reading those worldly literature, they develop stronger desire to
read those worse books. Then they lose their appetite in reading the Bible or
holy books.
When I was traveling, I saw a girl reading a very bad book. So I asked
her,
“A person who drinks alcohol, what kind of smell comes out from his
mouth?”
“Alcohol.”
“Depending on what kind of food a person eats, the same smell comes out
from his mouth. People who steal things they always smell like that. Those who
read books about stealing, killing, murder, they like doing it. Depending on
what kind of food we feed our heart’s stomach, the same smell comes out from
our mouth.”
She said, “But my teacher in our school said that we have to read any
kind of book.”
So I said, “Your teacher is wrong.”
In schools today, they teach students to read any kind of book, as many
books as they can. So, if our children get used to reading those kinds of
books, they lose their appetite in reading the Bible completely. If they start
reading those books, they want to read stronger and worse books. Then they
eventually act like that.
So the first step to corruption of our children is to let them read
those kinds of books which are considered good in the world. People don’t know
about this fact. That’s why pastor’s families, elders’ families and Christian
families have many worldly books, and they think it is essential. They say, “Ah,
this is civilized life.” That is not civilized life. It is crazy life. If you
go back home, I hope you burn up everything except our Father’s words. You
should not lend them to anybody for if you do so, it will also destroy others.
You say, “Amen!” here, but if I visit your house again, I see many worldly
books in your house. Probably you think it is too expensive to be thrown away.
If it’s so precious, are they more precious than the life of your children? Are
they more precious than the life of visitors who came into your house.
Next as for TV. Why do you watch TV? On radio, I heard somebody sighing
about the condition of this world. She said that early morning, the father has
to go to work. The children come back from school in the evening and they fall
asleep. Then the father comes back from work when they are sleeping already.
When they have breakfast in the morning, the father is too busy to talk to
them. He just finishes breakfast quickly and goes out. So, the parents and the
children have no time to talk to each other. Even on Sundays, their attention
is attracted by the one eyed devil, the TV. TV attracts all their attention.
Parents and children have to time to talk to each other anymore. Parents cannot
not even educate their children saying, “Why did you do this? Why did you do
that?” They have no more time to correct their children like that. Parents have
lost their authority upon their children. Children today became orphans with
parents. Also what is worse is that the father and the daughter-in-law watch TV
and they watch some kind of things that they cannot even bear to look at. Then
they laugh together. They all became crazy. Nowadays, even spiritualism comes
out on TV and people just watch it. So who else would believe the Bible? They
teach spiritualism even in church, on TV. It keeps going on and on in the
world.
What hurts my heart most these days is the situation of my mother. My
mother used to live with my brother, but now she is living with me. She always
says,
“My son, I want to watch TV. I am so lonely.”
“Mom, why don’t you watch the video here?”
“How come you only come out everyday?”
Even though she loves me so much, she is not interested in this words
of life. She wants actors and actresses come out and do many things on TV. I want
to install TV for her. But if I install TV for her, my children and some people
will go in there. She says, “Ah, I am going to watch only news,” but after
news, she will just leave it alone. She wants TV to spend time. After news many
things will go on and on, that’s why I feel so bad. That’s what hurt my heart
most these days. How can I make my mother happy?
The TV separates parents and children. Do you know why so many people
kill one another in America
So in America
If you have TV at home, it’s already too late. However, even though it
is too late, I hope you put it away. Even though you became so inspired here,
if you go back home and watch TV once again, then all the inspirations which
filled your whole heart until now will completely disappear. So you have to get
rid of it right away without any hesitation. Satan works most efficiently
through TV these days. People say, “Ah, we have to watch the news.” Even if you
don’t watch news it’s OK. Why don’t you listen to the news of our country? This
our news. Why do you have to listen to the news of other world?
As soon as people wake up in the morning they start listening to the
news, and they say, “Ah, somebody killed somebody today.” They only talk about
those kinds of things. We are supposed to carry this message of love and
eternal life to the world. Why should we spread those kinds of useless news to
the world? We have to spread our news to the world. So, I hope you consider and
give good education to your children. Due to this kind of wrong education: TV at
home, wrong education in school, false doctrines in the church, there is no way
for our children not to be corrupted. So, we must be like John the Baptist’s
father, Zechariah, who took his children to the mountain.
If you send your children to our school, they will learn greater things
that people can never learn in the world. In our schools, our children learn so
many tremendous things that people in the world can never learn, even if they
study thirty or forty years in the world. Of course, not all of them are
changed. Many people failed even though they followed Jesus in history, and how
can there be any education that transforms sinners within ten days or five
months? Even college graduates these days, they torment their parents and cast
out their parents. That’s the result of the worldly education. Worldly
education does not even give them basic conscience, basic things. That’s why
since old times, it was said that the child, though he may be ignorant, who
honors his parents is the best child.
So, because of giving useless education to our children, we lost all of
them. Now, children don’t come here even if we cry to them. Then, what do you
have to do now for them? We cannot spank them since they are grown up now. We
cannot scold them, since we ourselves have ruined them like that. There is no
way for us to save them. We cannot even look at them for shame. We used to lie
to them since their childhood. We gave them wrong education and ruined them
completely. Now they are grown up, living with their own children. Now what do
we have to do? Lamentation 2:19.
Reader: Arise, cry out in the night, at the beginning of the watches;
pour out your heart like water before the face of the Lord. Lift your hands
towards Him for the life of your young children, who faint from hunger at the
head of every street.
Speaker: [Arise, cry out in the night, at the beginning of the watches;
pour out your heart like water before the face of the Lord.] In other words,
come to your Daddy, and ask Him, [pour out your heart to Him, for the sake of
your own children. Lift your hands towards Him for the life of your young
children, who faint from hunger at the head of every street.] For your children
who became burglars in the world, who hang around together with all the
burglars in the world, who are busy with the businesses of the world making
money, running around to be destroyed, pour out your heart before your Daddy.
“Oh, Father, my Daddy! I gave wrong and false education to my child. Father,
please forgive me, and please save him.” Pour out your heart before Him with
tears. When everything is in silence at night, you can wake up and pour out
your heart to Him.
Here is a statement, “Satan has obtained control of your children. He
has come in and passed you while you, who are as gods to guard them were at
ease and asleep. God has commanded you to bring them up in the fear and nurture
of the Lord, but Satan has passed right in before you and has woven strong
bonds around them.” Do you think our Father will give bigger crown to you and
smaller crown to them? Or one crown to them and give two crowns to you? They
are all children of God, just like us. So our Father entrusted them to us. We
are in-charge of them and their salvation. Without knowing that they are being
destroyed in the street of the world, parents are just sleeping and Satan is
just dragging them around. How can parents today be sleeping? Be awake! Wake up
at night and pour out your hearts to Him. Isaiah 49:24-25.

righteous be delivered? But thus says the Lord, “Even the captives of the
mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible be delivered; for I
will contend with him who contends with you, and I will save your children.

countries like America and Russia
St. Agustin’s mother did like this: Agustin was completely a burglar,
scoundrel who used to beat up his mother. His mother, although she lost her
son, every night when everybody else was sleeping, she always prayed like this,
“Oh Father.” Opening the Bible with one hand and pointing her finger to God’s
promises with the other hand, she prayed, “Oh, Father.” We must be like her.
Opening the Bible with one hand and pointing a finger to God’s promises with
the other hand, she prayed, “Oh, Father did you not promise here to save my
child? Did you not promise here? Father please save my child.”
But one thing that we have to do on our part is to obey His words.
There is nobody who can move our Father’s heart but only those who obey our
Daddy’s words, and say, “Did you not promise us that you are going to give us
these kinds of blessings?” Then He says, “Yes, yes, I promised you.” So we must
first obey our Daddy’s word completely: Keep the Sabbath thoroughly and Holy,
obey His word, do not watch TV, always live with our Daddy’s love. Then say to
Him, “Daddy, did you not promise here in the Bible like this? You told me to
pray like this.” Pointing at His promises, we can ask Him like that, then our
Father will defeat our enemies who took away our children and save our
children. I hope you just keep on praying like that for your children.
As I told you just now, if you go to heaven, Jesus will not ask us,
“How many people did you save? How many people did you evangelize?” He will not
ask you like that. He will ask us, “Where are My children I entrusted to you?”
He will ask us like that so I hope that you will be able to present your
children to Him.
Let me tell you one more story. There was a condemned criminal who had
done all kinds of cruel things in the world. He killed so many and he became a
condemned criminal. Now, his execution date came. His eyes were closed and
soldiers were standing right there with their riffles ready. He was asked of
his last wish. As he was asked, he said, “Yes, my last wish is to see my mother
just once before I die.” So his mother was quickly brought to him, and his eyes
were opened and untied. With his hands bound on his back, he said, “Mom, I want
to suck your breast just once before I die.” So she gave her breast to her. All
of a sudden, he bit her breast with all his strength and tore it apart and
spewed it to the ground. His mother fainted. Then he said to everybody around
him, “The reason why I became a condemned criminal like this is because of my
mother. When I was a baby, while growing up, as I stole something from my
neighbor’s house, she always told me, ‘How come you are so smart? Why don’t you
do it again?’ Because I was always complimented by my mother, I always wanted
to do it again and again. So I became a thief in the community and eventually,
a condemned criminal like this. My enemy is my mother. Now, I’m ready . Shoot
and kill me.”
Have we not been like that kind of mother? We sent our children to
wrong schools and gave money to them and we made them like that and now we say,
“How come my child became like that? How come he doesn’t come to this meeting?”
Have we not been like that condemned criminal’s mother, who killed our own
children? I hope you pour out your heart to our Daddy for all the wrong doings
you have done to your children.
