The final message of the last sealing angel is what?
First, it is the message of God’s love. And this is the message prophesied hundreds of years ago by Isaiah.
“It is the darkness of misapprehension of God that is enshrouding the world. Men are losing their knowledge of His character. It has been misunderstood and misinterpreted. At this time a message from God is to be proclaimed, a message illuminating in its influence and saving in its power. His character is to be made known. Into the darkness of the world is to be shed the light of His glory, the light of His goodness, mercy, and truth.
This is the work outlined by the prophet Isaiah in the words, [O Jerusalem, that bringeth good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, behold your God; behold, the Lord God will come with strong hand, and His arm shall rule for Him.] (Isa 40:9-10)”
“Those who wait for the Bridegroom’s coming are to say to the people, [Behold your God!]” Those who wait for the Bridegroom’s coming are to say to the people, to the whole world, [Behold your God.] Who are the ones waiting for the Bridegroom? It is speaking of those who are waiting for Jesus to come back again. So it says those who wait for the Bridegroom are to say to the people, “Behold Jesus”? No, “Behold your God.” That’s why this last message is supposed to lead people to God.
Please continue, “The last rays of merciful light, the last message of mercy to be given to the world, is a revelation of His character of love.” So do you know what the last message is to be? It is to show a revelation of God’s character of love. It says here the last message given to the world is a revelation of His character of love. Let’s continue, “The children of God are to manifest His glory.” (COL 415-416) “Through the church eventually will be made manifest the final and full display of the love of God to the world that is to be lightened with its glory.” (TM 50)
So in the end, though religion has become corrupt and the world is dark, the world and the church is to be enlightened with the glory of God’s love. Thus, the last message proclaimed by the sealing angel is the message that leads to the throne of God regardless of nationality, race, and caste, making us all one brethren. Isn’t it so wonderful?
The Message That Leads All Men Regardless of Nationality, Race, or Caste Before the Throne of God
“No distinction on account of nationality, race, or caste is recognized by God. He is the Maker of all mankind … His love is so broad, so deep, so full, that it penetrates everywhere. It lifts out of Satan’s circle the poor souls who have been deluded by his deceptions. It places them within reach of the throne of God, the throne encircled by the rainbow of promise.” (COL 385-386)
God the Father’s message of love is to be given to all regardless of nationality, race, and caste, that all may receive this message and ascend to heaven.
I’m sure you heard about the two Buddhist monks who came here. One was sixty and one was in his seventies. One of them was quite educated in the teachings of Buddha. There was a pastor, an elder, the Buddhist monks, and these people came into my room. This is the only place where pastors, elders, and Buddhists gather together. They said they wanted to say hello to me. I was about to shake their hands, but this elderly Buddhist in his seventies wouldn’t shake my hand, and they kept telling me to sit down. So I just sat down thinking Buddhists have a different way of greeting, but then they gave me a grand bow. They said, “How difficult it must be for you trying to save all of mankind,” and they spoke with tears in their eyes. And though they had been Buddhists for over twenty years, in only ten days they began to pray to our Real Father in the name of Jesus, and they prayed so earnestly. Later during the testimony hour, one of them offered a grand bow to the congregation saying, “This bald monk stands before you, look at me.”
There are so many people, so many children of God in the world wandering here and there, and they’ve ruined their lives. So if you have finally found our Real Father, you should follow Him to the end. That’s why God is looking for those whose hearts are faithful as stone, as firm as stone. Everyone says they will follow God in the beginning, but what matters is how long they can keep their chastity to Him.
Once after a seminar, I was resting at home when I met a man who had wandered thirty years looking for the truth. Thirty years is half a lifetime. He had searched here and there and now he was already in his seventies. But he had lived such a noble life. He was so intelligent and learned in the truth; they called him a modern day Confucius. Well, this very man came to my house, and do you know who brought him? It was a man who was considered a guru. He had come out of law school and learned from the Catholic Church, the Buddhist Church, and the Protestant Church. He was in his forties but he had not gotten married because he was so busy seeking for the truth. People called him a guru. He attended the seminar and said, “I have finally found my real teacher,” and he would offer a grand bow to me. I told him, “Please, don’t do this.” “No, no, no. I must.” And he would bow down every time he met me.
This guru went to that elderly man who was considered a modern day Confucius, because he was one of his favorite people, and bragged about me so much that this elderly Confucius came to see me. He thought I would have long hair and wear a robe and look like a sage. But when he saw me, I was very young, my hair was cut short, and I was wearing jeans. He couldn’t believe it. That guru, who was his disciple, had said this teacher was enlightened in the truth, so he had come with such high expectations, but he was rather disappointed when he saw me. This modern day Confucius was very intelligent, a man knowledged and learned in the truth, and he wanted to test me, so he kept asking me questions, but actually, I am always speaking during the seminar, so people think I like to talk a lot, but when I am at home, I don’t speak much at all. So I only said to him, “I think the rumors were rather misleading. What would such a young man as I know of anything? Please, if you know some truths, please teach me.” But this man in his seventies was kneeling before me. “Oh, please sit comfortably.” I kept asking him but he wouldn’t, and of course since I’m younger than him, I was kneeling too. It’s my habit to kneel because I always pray, so I didn’t mind, but I was worried it might be too uncomfortable for him, so I eventually sat comfortably, and only then did he sit comfortably as well.
He said, “Let’s talk frankly.” So I said, “Please teach me if you know something.” And he began to talk about this and that, and I didn’t say anything. In the end, after testing me, he came to a conclusion, and what he said was, “You may have been enlightened with the truth through that holy man of the West, Jesus, but I have been enlightened with the truth through the holy man of the East, Confucius, so I am one level above you.” That’s when I finally opened my mouth. I said, “Excuse me sir, that’s a misunderstanding. Jesus was undoubtedly a holy man of the East.” Israel is considered part of the East, so already he had made a mistake. His ignorance was revealed. Yes, Jesus was from the East. So I continued. “Who did Confucius speak of? Did he not speak of God and tell us to go to God?” Not once did Confucius tell people to believe in him and follow him. He was trying to lead people to God. So I said, “Jesus also told people to obey God and follow Him. The same with Buddha, he also taught people to obey and go to God. So why must we be divided like this, to be Jesus- followers, Confucius-followers, and Buddha-followers? We should all go to the God that Confucius, Jesus, and Buddha taught of, to be one in brotherhood.” And this modern day Confucius had no reply to that and lost the fight. He realized how petty the truth he had been enlightened with for 30 years was. After that, he only kept saying, “I’m sorry that this secular human came and took your precious time.” Then he asked, “Can someone like me attend your seminar?” And I said, “Of course, we will give you special treatment. You know, I also wish I could wear my hair long but I’m trying to humor modern people and be like them.”
With this seminar, it doesn’t matter who you are, anyone can come and attend it. It doesn’t matter what denomination you are, or even if you are a Buddhist or Confucian. Anyone can attend this seminar and they will eventually shed tears and return to our Real Father. Here we have Buddhists, Christians, and those who were non-believers. As I see them joined together and praising Real Daddy, loving one another, it’s really so moving, so very touching and emotional. Whether you are Japanese, Chinese, or Korean, is there any Gospel that can join them as one family? No, this is the only one. And that’s why without a doubt this is the message brought to us by the sealing angel. It is the truth from heaven, from God, because only the truth from God can lead people to God. The truth from man will only lead people to man. Are you being led to our Real Father? Yes. Then, this is the truth from our Real Father, from heaven.
The Message That Gives People Hope
Next, this is the message that gives people hope.
When people are in despair and filled with depression and discouragement, this is the only message that can give them hope.
“Love to God is the very foundation of religion. To engage in His service merely from hope of reward or fear of punishment would avail nothing.” (PP 523)
“For (man) there was hope in a knowledge of God’s love.” (DA 762)
So “love to God is the very foundation of true religion. To engage in His service merely from hope of reward or fear of punishment would avail nothing.” It would be completely useless.
Let me explain this to you. In this world – please listen carefully – if people were not given heaven, if there was no eternal life, no reward, no hope of the future, then who would deny the secular world and risk their lives for God? There would not be a single person. People want to go to heaven. They want to receive eternal life. They are greedy for eternal life and heaven, and for that eternal reward. That is why they follow Jesus. If not, there is not one person who would follow Jesus. Then there is another group of Christians. These are afraid to go to hell and burn in the brimstone of fire. So if you took out these two groups of Christians, there wouldn’t be any Christians left. What a conflict it is: if you don’t believe in Jesus, you will most likely be thrown into hell, to die in the everlasting fire. But on the other hand, you are greedy for heaven. You want to live for eternity. So these are the two groups of Christians. If you take out these two groups, there would be no Christians left. But even if there is no heaven, or eternal life, or anything, only those who can give up their lives for God will be able to go to heaven. Let me explain to you why. In Seoul, there was a man who had a son, and he was a very wealthy man. He had many buildings. But his son who lived in the city spent so much money all the time. No matter how much his parents gave, it was never enough. He would dance and go to parties all the time. This son would say, “Oh, I wonder when my father and mother will die so I can sell all their property, make a lot of money and spend it all!” But if he revealed his true heart, his parents would disown him, so even though he wished for his parents to die, he acted nice and kind to them, buying them gifts for his own purpose. This is false filial piety. In his heart, he really wants his parents to die. So imagine if his parents didn’t die and they gave him all the buildings and his inheritance, what would happen then? Do you think he would continue to feign filial piety, pretending to be a devoted son? No, he wouldn’t. He would only say, “I was good to you only to receive my inheritance, not because I truly loved you.”
This is the same for those who are greedy for heaven and eternal life. Once they are taken to heaven and given eternal life, then do you think they will continue worshiping God and singing praises to Him? No, they will say, “Now I have everything that I want. I don’t need You,” and they will reject God, they will kick Him away. That’s why those who are greedy for heaven and eternal life cannot be saved. Then there are those who are afraid to go to hell. In the battlefield, when bullets are flying here and there, everyone says, “O God, please save me!” That is called the repentance of Judas. It is the repentance of Cain, who only calls out to God because he is afraid of punishment. They are not truly repenting their mistakes, because once the punishment is over, they go back to their sins again. Just look at little children, they are so afraid to be punished, but once the punishment is over, they do the same wrong thing again. However, those who truly love their parents, once they are punished, will never do something like that again. So true repentance is when your heart is touched by God’s love and your heart is melted.
Then we have another family. This family lives in a very poor and shabby house. Even if the parents die, they have nothing they can offer their son. But this son truly loves his parents. And because he has no money, he goes fishing. He says, “I’m sorry Mother, Father. I don’t have any money, just this fish that I caught,” and he would cook the fish for them. One day, his parents died, but just before dying, his father said, “Son, I’m sorry. Unlike other parents, I could not even send you to school. I don’t even have an inheritance to give you. I’m so sorry. Once I am dead, please look under the bed.” After this father died, he looked under the bed and there was a huge stack of money. You know in America, there was once a beggar who died, and when they went to the place where he was lying dead, there was all this money. It really shocked the people of America. So anyway, this father died, and there was money under the bed. After getting that money, don’t you think he would love his father even more? Of course. Why? It’s because he loved his father even before he received any money. So once he got the money, he loved his parents more than ever in his heart, the love for his parents burned even more. That’s why those who truly love God even though there is no heaven or eternal life will be able to love God even more when they are given everything, and they will not sin.
Do you think that I’m doing this work because I am greedy for heaven and eternal life? I will tell you plainly that I’m not in the least greedy for heaven or for eternal life. Even if my life were to end like this, I would be so thankful and grateful for the love and grace I had received until now. And on the Day of Judgment, if God were to say, “You have to burn in hell,” and that was my judgment, then I would praise my Father’s love for truly loving me. Though He sends me to hell, I know that He is truly love and that whatever He does is fair and just. This is my sincere heart. My Father who is present here is my witness. So how can we love God this way, to love him whether we go to heaven or to hell, whether we are given eternal life or not? This is possible only when we truly know God, to understand that eternal life and heaven is His free gift. Once we know His deep heart of love, that is when we can truly love Him. That’s why love is truly the only way we can live forever. It is the very key to the gates of heaven.
You could attend this seminar a hundred times and you still wouldn’t know what this meeting really was. There are people who say they have attended this seminar ten, twenty time, and they claim they know what this meeting is about, but they really don’t know anything. Even I don’t fully know what this meeting really is. Even though I’m teaching it, I am also still always learning. What did God say to Ezekiel? “Ezekiel?” “Yes? “Let’s go.” “Go where, Father?” “Over there, over there to the valley of bones. Ezekiel?” “Yes?” “Do you think those bones can live?” “How would I know, Father.” “Then do just as I tell you to do. Say, ‘Bones come together!’” He did, and they all came together. “Flesh form!” and flesh formed on the bones. “Let there be life,” and they became living, breathing men – the warriors of Israel. Ezekiel just repeated those words without knowing what was going on. But those words are being fulfilled today. All of you were like dried bones, your souls were like dry bones scattered all throughout the world. There were bones in this denomination, in that church, the leg bone is over here, the arm bone is over there. You were just bones not knowing what was what. But by His word, His almighty power, He joined all of you together. He put flesh on you, He breathed His life in you, and as you stood up, you were the warriors of Israel. All these words must be fulfilled in you. For those that cannot, they should not be part of this group and must leave.
Do you think that people just leave this message? No. God is telling them, “Go, you don’t belong here. You are not the true stones.” You think that I don’t know, that there are some of you who really want to leave. You stand up and sit down again. I know everything. But our Real Daddy will hold onto you. I hope you will realize you are being especially rewarded by Him. So even if there is no heaven, even if there is no reward and you are punished and sent to hell, will you still love God? Yes. Then you are the owners of heaven.
The Message That Satan Interferes With
This is the message that Satan interferes with.
Once people know God’s love and receive that love, it doesn’t matter who they are, Buddhists, Confucianists, Christians, non-believers, whether it’s the president, a beggar, or anyone, they will all be transformed and go to heaven. So who gets mad when this happens? Satan gets so furious and he says, “Let’s make sure they can’t receive this love.” Do you know why Satan blocks our way and prevents us from going to heaven?
Yesterday, did our Real Father forgive you of all your iniquities, transgressions, and sins, throwing them deep into the ocean? And did you come out as righteous beings? However, all the sins you committed throughout your whole life, as high as a big mountain, did not just disappear. The law of heaven is quite straight forward. When you plant a bean, you get a bean, and if you plant a cucumber, you get a cucumber. If you plant sin, you get sin, and if you plant righteousness, you get righteousness. So all the sins you committed must go to someone. You should be the ones carrying your sins, but since you were completely forgiven of all of them, they must be given to someone. Then who? They all go to Satan who made you sin in the first place. Do you understand? All your punishment goes to Satan and he must die. In the time of Moses, the Israelites put all their sins on the lamb and on the goat, and they chased out the goat. This goat represented Satan. If thousands of you are forgiven of your sins and go to heaven, then Satan has to take all the sins. That’s why he says, “No, no, no. You take the sins. You take it back,” and he follows you around and holds onto you. I hope you won’t tolerate that but give all your sins back to Satan.
“Satan is determined that men shall not see the love of God, which led Him to give His only begotten Son to save the lost race; for it is the goodness of God that leads men to repentance.”
Satan knows that once this light of God’s love appears, it can change any sinner, and they can go to heaven. And because he knows this, he is on an alert to prevent people from receiving this light. You think you know this light? Satan knows this light much better than you. He is studying the Bible to see what will happen next. He already knows everything that will happen. That’s why you should never think that you know everything about this. If you lose this light, then that’s your end. If you go to another church or go to another place, then you will be taking back all your sins that you discarded after meeting our Real Father. And once you receive those sins again, you will never be freed from them. That is why Satan is on full alert, determined to make sure you will never receive this light.
I told you yesterday that in the world, when they build a church, it is filled with people. But here at the Elijah Gospel Missionary Institute, no one can come here because they are told to never go there. Now do you know who is doing that? They say so many evil things about us. They say such terrible things that I cannot even repeat them. This is Satan preventing even one person from coming here. These are all the barricades he has set up to prevent people from coming here. Then how did you make it through that? Our Real Daddy embraced you and brought you here. Think about it, you have not left yet and you’re sitting here. Isn’t that a miracle? If it were up to you, you would have left already.
“Oh, how shall we succeed in setting forth before the world the deep, precious love of God? In no other way can we compass it than by exclaiming, [Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God.] (1Joh 3:1) Let us say to sinners, [Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.] (Joh 1:29) By presenting Jesus as the representative of the Father, we shall be able to dispel the shadow that Satan has cast upon our pathway in order that we shall not see the mercy and love of God’s inexpressible love as manifested in Jesus Christ.”
The one who wrote this knew that once the Father’s love was given to the world, it would join all nations, all religions as one, and they would all ascend to heaven. But she (the author) did not herself receive this love. That’s why she said, [Behold, what manner of love the Father had bestowed upon us that we should be called the sons of God,] and this was her message. All the Christians in the world, do they know God’s love? No, they don’t. They only know John 3:16, only Jesus’ love. And this writer was the same. And as she died, she said, “Soon through a man whom God loves, he will proclaim this Gospel,” and she died. Has that time now come?
“Look at the cross of Calvary. It is a standing pledge of the boundless love, the measureless mercy, of the heavenly Father.” (1SM 384) Look at the cross of Calvary. Let’s look at it with eyes of faith. Look at the cross of Calvary. When you look at the cross of Calvary, it is a standing pledge of the boundless love and the measureless mercy of the heavenly Father. Nowadays, there are so many crosses in this world. If you go outside and look on the streets, there are so many churches. There are so many crosses everywhere you go these days, even in the alleys, in the smallest towns, cities, and streets – all these churches are always right next to each other. Isn’t this so? There are at least two on the same block. Then, though there are so many crosses on top of churches all throughout this world, is there anyone who looks at the cross and feels the boundless love and measureless mercy of the heavenly Father? When people see the cross, they say, “Oh, the cross, that’s my money tree. Because of that cross, I make money and I can eat and live, it’s
my livelihood.” If it wasn’t for the cross, there would be many people starving to death and without jobs. Then there are the non-believers. “That cross, oh, that cross. Jesus told me that we should bear that cross and die. Oh, how heavy. What a burden!” Isn’t this true? When did Jesus ever tell you to take the cross and die? What it means to “take the cross and follow Me” is not to take that wooden cross and die, but it means to take the love of the heavenly Father and the love of the Son, to go out to the world and save them. Jesus bore the cross and died, so why should you have to bear the cross and die as well? When people look at the cross today, they should be touched by the boundless love and the measureless mercy of the heavenly Father, and such are the people who will be able to go to heaven. Have you all now become such people? If we always meditated upon our Father weeping as He holds His Son dead upon the cross, then we would become gradually transformed into the image of our Father and His Son, Jesus, to become those who cannot sin, to eventually ascend to heaven. Now that you have become true Christians, love will come out from you that can embrace all people, and you will become those who walk above the Ten Commandments whistling.
The Message That is the Foundation of Man’s Salvation
Next, the message of our Real Father’s love which is the foundation of man’s salvation.
“The love of the Father, no less than of the Son, is the fountain of salvation for the lost race.” (GC 416) So the love of the Father is no less, rather it is more, surely it is not less than the love of the Son, and it is the foundation of salvation for the lost race. If you called all the carpenters of the world, from Germany, Japan, Korea, and told them, “I’ll give you all the money that you want. Build a house without a foundation.” Then could that be possible? Even if all the carpenters from all over the world came, they would not be able to do it. But if you gave them a foundation and said, “Build a house,” then they would work all night long if they had to and build a house in one day. As you attended church and you worked as a pastor or a Catholic priest, were you changed? Were you transformed? No. You may have seemed like a pastor, you may have seemed like a Christian, but you were empty inside. Those who say they are empty-hearted truly have a conscience. That’s why you are the true Israels, because you have a conscience. However, those who say they are changed are deceiving God. Why? They may say they are changed, but they have no foundation. But when they come here, in just a few days, their character is built. How? They will have the foundation that enables them to be changed in essence. Our Real Father’s love is the very foundation and with it you can build a house. Have you truly found something special? Yes, you have.
“The love of a holy God is an amazing principle, which can stir the universe in our behalf during the hours of our probation and trial.” (1SM 313)
The love of a holy God is an amazing principle, which can stir Korea? Which can stir the whole earth? It can stir the whole universe. Please listen to me very carefully. Wouldn’t you think the angels in heaven would know our Father’s love more than us? Of course, they were with the Father from countless thousands of years ago, so they should know better. But in fact, it’s the other way around. Those angels who have lived with God do not know about His love as much as we do. If they knew God’s love so well, as you do, then would they have followed Satan when he said, “God is a liar. He is greedy and a dictator, so follow me. Let’s betray Him.” If they truly knew our Real Father’s love even as much as we do, would they have followed Satan? But they followed him, so we know that they did not know our Real Father’s love as much as we do. They were so stupid, such foolish idiots.
There was a son of a rich man. The parents gave him all the money he wanted and did everything for him, giving whatever he wanted. But he didn’t know the depth of his parents’ love, he wasn’t even thankful to them. But then he went to the military where he was beaten and suffered so much at the frontline. During the cold winters while he was going through such hardships, he suddenly thought of his parents. That’s when he wrote a tearful letter to his younger brothers and sisters, saying, “Hey, obey Mother and Father. They are the best.” It was then that he really learned how much his parents loved him.
Likewise, those angels in heaven lived such luxurious lives under God’s care, and they never knew how great that love was, how precious and dear. But as for us, we have suffered so much fighting Satan on this earth-battlefield, so we were able to understand our Father’s love. How tormented we were due to Satan’s continuous deceptions, how burdened we had been with our sins, how victimized we were under Satan’s grasp. That’s why we were able to clearly see Satan’s deceptions as well as understand how great our Father’s love for us was.
That is why the message of our Father’s love, which is what the last sealing angel is proclaiming, is an astonishing heavenly secret that even all the angels throughout the whole universe desire to learn about. It may seem like there are only a few thousand people here, but this seminar is not just for all of you. Right now, there is a heavenly host of angels more numerous than the clouds listening and taking notes throughout the seminar. They are listening to the truth about God’s deep love that they had never learned or thought of before. So the angels are taking notes right now. Do you think this seminar can be compared to some gathering where there are a million or two million people? This seminar cannot even be compared to that. Thus, it is through all of you, who have come to understand the love of our heavenly Father, that the entire universe is moved. And even after you ascend to heaven, this message will be proclaimed throughout the whole universe through you.
When that happens, never again will there be anyone that betrays or doubts His love, and heaven will become an eternal paradise. This final message is a rapidly moving light, it will not remain long imploring a small group to accept it. Soon it will be proclaimed to all countries, languages, races, and people throughout the earth, and continue to spread to the ends of the universe. It is through this light that the universe will be healed, and all the misunderstandings and misapprehension of God will be taken away as the universe is filled with eternal peace and happiness. Therefore, you are not an Elijah just of Korea or this earth, but you are an Elijah of the whole universe. You will be invited to different stars to speak of our heavenly Father’s love. That’s when they will shed tears, saying, “Now we understand God’s love.” Never again will rebellion arise against God in the universe, and it will become an eternally happy universe.
When God’s Love is Wanting, All Other Gifts Are Useless
“When this is wanting, all other excellences are insufficient.” (1SM 370)
“The knowledge of God as revealed in Christ is the knowledge that all who are saved must have. This is the knowledge that works transformation of character…. It will re-create the soul in the image of Christ. This is the knowledge that God invites His children to receive, beside which all else is vanity and nothingness.” (AA 475) “Beside which all else is vanity and nothingness.”
Nowadays, so-called religious leaders and teachers say, “I’m teaching about the holy sanctuary and there is no other message more important than this.” And someone else says, “No, the prophetic writings are the most important.” (Teacher draws on the chalkboard) Then someone else says, “Prophetic writings are nothing. You know what’s better? Prophecy. We have come to the end of the world. You have to know the prophecies.” Then another person comes and he says, “Ah, that’s nothing. We have to learn about the Sabbath, because we can only go to heaven through the Sabbath.”
Then someone else comes, saying. “No, that’s not it at all. You know what’s the best? Our health. God does not come if our body is dirty. This is the best.” “Oh yes,” and they think it must be the best until someone else comes along and says, “What are you talking about? It’s country living. What are we doing living in the city? Country living is the best.” Then someone comes and says, “What are you talking about? We have to learn about the sanctuary.” And another person comes, saying, “You better be awake. You have to know about 666, it’s a piercing message. It’s the best.” Now people get confused. They don’t know who they should listen to. And so they become quite depressed, who are they supposed to listen to?
But all of that is useless. What is this? It’s an elephant. The body is love. Love is the best. No matter how much you study prophetic writings, or the prophecies, and learn about health and live in the country, without love they’re all useless. You only become so self-righteous as you end up looking down on people and criticizing them. What is the 666 message without love, or the message of the sanctuary without love? It is like the blind that hold onto various body parts of the elephant, they are just holding a dead inanimate object.
Why is love the body? Because God is love. In God there are the writings of the prophets, the health message, living in the countryside, the holy sanctuary, 666. Away from God, they’re all useless. It’s like cutting off the tail and swirling it around, it just kills people. So they are all useful only in God. Then what’s important about the sanctuary? Who is in the sanctuary? It is our Father. And we are in His bosom. Have you entered His bosom? Since you have already entered His bosom and are one with the Father, that outward sanctuary is useless, it is only a shell. It is just like those Jews that killed Jesus, then they sewed up the curtain that was torn separating the Most Holy Place, and continued to worship God by offering a symbolic lamb for worship, an act that was useless since Jesus had already died for them.
All of you are sitting here on top of the elephant. Isn’t that true? Don’t fall asleep there, but I hope you will ride it all the way to heaven. So people say, “Oh, we all need our own spiritual gifts.” In fact you need not just one but all the spiritual gifts. Did Peter prophesize? Did he heal? Did he speak tongues? He received everything. Is Jesus our example? Just like our Lord Jesus, we must receive everything. We must be a complete elephant to be able to run. That’s why if we take out God’s love, then any spiritual gift without it would be completely useless. It would only be a waste, for all it does is kill people.
The Message That Uplifts Us to the Highest Spiritual Attainments
“[This is life eternal,] Christ said, [that they might know Thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom Thou hast sent]. (Joh 17:3) …Scarcely can the human mind comprehend the breadth and depth and height of the spiritual attainments of him who gains this knowledge.” (AA 531)
If you receive our Real Father’s love, then there is no one that can measure your spiritual attainments because it is wider and taller than anything. The Jews kept criticizing Jesus and tried to measure Him, but in the end, they all died. Jesus said two thousand years ago, “Love your enemy. If they slap your left cheek, let them slap your right cheek as well.” Is that written in the Old Testament? Not at all. Instead it says, “Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, and ear for an ear.” That’s why in Israel, if someone attacks them, they always get revenge. Why? Because that’s what the Old Testament says. They don’t believe in the New Testament. But then what did Jesus say, “If they slap your left cheek, let them slap your right cheek also.” Not only that, does it say in the Old Testament to call God our Real Father? That’s why the Jews tried to compare what they learned to Jesus’ teachings, and everything He taught was all wrong. Even back then, Jesus did not even keep the Sabbath as they did. They didn’t wash their hands or even light a candle, and yet Jesus was going around healing people on the Sabbath and travelling about here and there. Everything that Jesus taught was all wrong to them. If you tried comparing the false doctrines of the world with this new light from heaven, no comparisons could be drawn, how could there be any comparison. You would only die trying. The true light changes sinners and transforms them. It is the sunlight that causes the fruits to come out. However, no matter how long you shine a flashlight to a tree, it will not bear fruits. Of course, people in the world do not even have enough light to be compared to a flashlight.
Once there was a brother in Seoul who received this light. He was a deacon and he knew an elder who was very smart. People in his church called this elder a Bible expert and this deacon thought to himself, “Oh, I must believe in Jesus many, many years to know the Bible as much as he does.” So one time after this deacon received this light, he went to visit this elder who said, “Since you’ve fallen into a heretic group, come and talk with me.” This deacon was a little afraid, what if he couldn’t answer properly to any of the elder’s questions? This elder had stacks of books in his house. He began to talk about the Bible, this verse and that verse, but the more this deacon listened, the more he realized how elementary the elder’s knowledge was. He realized with assured certainty that the light he had received was the true light of heaven.
Before he attended the ten day seminar, he had thought that he needed to believe in Jesus for many years in order to reach a certain level of knowledge, but after the ten day seminar, he realized he was so much above this elder in knowledge. After this ten day seminar, no one in this world will be able to preach before you, even a doctor of theology. That’s why people who give their sermons in front of such people will find themselves in trouble. Those who have received this light can immediately discern, “Oh, this is a forbidden fruit; it’s bad.” If I had wanted a doctorate in theology, I could have received a hundred, thousands of them. Do you want to get a doctorate in theology? Then take what you’ve learned from these ten days and write a thesis. Then you will surely get a doctorate in theology because this is such an indisputable truth. If I had wanted to, I could have received a doctorate in theology, but why should I? They should come to me to get a doctorate in theology. Isn’t that true? That’s why I’m not getting one. I should be the one giving it to them. Why should I get it from them? So all of you have become the true doctors of theology acknowledged by heaven. Now that you know all the truths of heaven, are you not an expert yourselves? You’re not just an expert, you are actually a God. You have learned such great truths that even the angels didn’t know. Who gave this truth that no human mind can comprehend? Jesus. Only the Son knows the Father. Did anyone ever see God? Then how can anyone talk about God? Only Jesus can share this truth with you.
The Message Jesus Himself Entrusted
“The earth was dark through misapprehension of God. That the gloomy shadows might be lightened, that the world might be brought back to God, Satan’s deceptive power was to be broken. This could not be done by force…. Only by love is love awakened…. This work only one Being in all the universe could do. Only He who knew the height and depth of the love of God could make it known.” (DA 22) Amen.
[No one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.] (Mat 11:27)
“Christ’s favorite theme was the paternal character and abundant love of God. This knowledge of God was Christ’s own gift to men, and this gift He has committed to His people to be communicated by them to the world.” (6T 55) Amen. This message does not come from some person or church studying and researching for it, but it is a message that Jesus Himself personally gives. Who saw our Father grasping onto Jesus and weeping two thousand years ago? Who saw our Father agonizing in heaven’s Gethsemane, writhing with anguish at having to send His Son to the earth? So how can anyone call this message something that came from a human? This is a message from Jesus, from the Holy Spirit.
The Message That Will Bring About the Final Great Controversy
Next, this is a message that will bring about the final great controversy, and by overcoming it, we will go to heaven.
“Jesus loves those who represent the Father.” (AA 545) Jesus loves who? Those who represent the Father. Right now in the world, people say, “Oh, you know the people that follow Teacher Park, they trample on Jesus. They only lift up God and despise Jesus.” But did you know that Jesus loves those who exalt the Father. Once you receive our Father’s love, you may feel sorry to Jesus because you had given all the glory to Him but all of a sudden you give all the glory to the Father. But Jesus is so thankful for those who are continuing the work He had begun in proclaiming the Father’s love.
One time, I truly felt so sorry to Jesus as well that for one seminar, I spoke only about the Son’s love. I had proclaimed the love of our Father for fifteen years so I thought it was time I spoke about the love of the Son. So I said to my Father, “Next meeting, I want to glorify our Jesus. I would like to preach about the Holy Son.” And He replied, “Do as you wish.” So I announced, “Next meeting, I will speak to you about the Son.” Everyone was happy because they would be listening to something new. And from the first hour, everyone was shedding tears because of Jesus’ great sacrifice on our behalf. Then Jesus came to me and said, “Why, why are you doing this? Please don’t be like this. You must exalt the Father.” He kept insisting, so finally I stopped and continued to exalt the Father. Then Jesus was happy again. Do you know why? Jesus did not want people to glorify Him, He wanted them to glorify the Father. Jesus came to this earth to glorify God. He was crucified on the cross and died preaching about the Father. So when He sees us doing the work He couldn’t finish, He is so happy. In the end, Jesus did not come to lead people to Himself. He said, “I am the path. I’m the way and the life. No one can go to the Father except through Me.” So the purpose of the Gospel is to lead people to the Father. If you want to receive the love of Jesus, I hope you will exalt the Father.
I attended a reform church for a while and talked about this. They were having a general conference and when I spoke for just one hour, all the people flocked to me. But those who were not regenerated became jealous. They said, “Oh, you only speak about the Father’s love. You don’t know anything about Jesus.” I just remained silent. Why? It’s because I knew now was the time to preach about our Real Father’s love. If you don’t know what time you are living in and what you should be doing, then you are truly a pitiful being. They thought I didn’t know anything about the love of Jesus, so at the end of the general conference meeting, I spoke one hour on Chapter 3 of the Key to Happiness, “Jesus Christ the Man of Sorrows.” Afterwards, all those people that had cursed at me all embraced me and said, “I didn’t know that you knew so much about Jesus.” Do you think I don’t know as much as them about the love of Jesus? See if there’s anyone who can talk about Jesus’ love as I did in Chapter 3. There’s a time to speak about the Son and there’s a time to preach about the Father. You can’t just do anything that you want at any time. It’s like acupuncture, you have to feel the heartbeat and then find the proper treatment. Do you think you can just talk about Jesus’ love at any time any place? Do you want to receive all of Jesus’ love? Then I hope you will exalt the Father. Jesus was captured by the Jews and killed for exalting the Father. So when He sees us doing His work, He is so pleased. When I was preaching about Jesus, He did not come so close to me as He did when I preached about the Father. Once I began preaching about the Father, He came so close to me, encouraging me and giving me strength.
“Jesus was revealing to men the character of God…. So it will be in the great final conflict of the controversy between righteousness and sin.” (DA 257)
“Just before us is the closing struggle of the great controversy when, with [all power and signs and lying wonders and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness,] Satan is to work to misrepresent the character of God, that he may seduce if it were possible, even the elect.” (5T 746)
It says, “That he may seduce if it were possible, even the elect.” They talk about this in the churches but this is something that we should be talking about. Everything in the Bible refers to God’s children. Our Father has His chosen people all throughout the world preach about His love, but Satan tries to take these elect and seduce them. You must be careful that you do not lose this light, because if you lose it, you will fall away from being part of the elect.
So this message is the only message and the only weapon that will allow you to be victorious in this last battle. This faith in God was also the weapon of victory for Jesus and even Adam as well. So all throughout history, the only way, the only weapon that we could be victorious with, was our faith and belief in God’s love. Let’s look at Adam. When he was in the Garden of Eden, Satan came to him and said, “Your Father is a liar. Only He wants to be God, that’s why He does not allow you to eat this delicious fruit. If you eat this fruit of good and evil, then you will become like God. You will become God.” If at that time, Adam and Eve had said, “What are you talking about? Our Father is not like that, He’s not a liar. I believe in my Father,” and if they hadn’t eaten that fruit, would they have died? If they had believed our Father’s love, they wouldn’t have fallen. But it’s because they doubted Him and ate that forbidden fruit that they died. Their failure was in doubting God’s love.
It is the same with Jesus, He fasted for forty days and Satan came to Him, saying, “Jesus.” “What?” “You fasted forty days, didn’t you?” “Yes.” “See, your Father has already forsaken you, so make these stones into bread and eat it.” If at that time Jesus had said, “Oh, that’s right. I’ve already fasted for forty days and He’s not even feeding Me,” and if He had doubted God’s love and changed the stones to bread, He would have been an eternal failure. But instead, Jesus said, “What are you talking about? My Father will protect Me. Get away from Me,” and because He believed in His Father, He was victorious. So, the victory for all of mankind is in whether or not we believe in God’s love. Even Adam and Eve died in the Garden of Eden, then how about us? How could we hope to live if we don’t believe in the Father’s love? I hope that you will never lose our Father’s love, to be victorious through it.
“He has cast his own dark shadow between us and our God, that we may not see the true character of God.” (1SM 372)
Satan tries to cover us in darkness so that we may not believe in God’s love. I hope that you will not be deceived. And even if you lose your life, I hope that you will not doubt His love. That is why Satan is trying to seduce the elect, those who are chosen to go to heaven. When you go back to your churches, the pastors, followers, and church leaders will take you aside and say, “Just say it once, that the meeting of Teacher Park is wrong,” and if you say it, even once, then you are chasing God out from you. Let’s not deny our Father but rather preach about His love. Let’s not separate ourselves from Him.
Christ’s Unique Message
“Jesus said: [This is life eternal, that they might know Thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom Thou hast sent.] (Joh 17:3) All that was done and said had this one object in view – to rivet truth in their minds that they might attain unto everlasting life. Jesus did not come to astonish men with some great announcement of some special time when some great event would occur, but He came to instruct and save the lost.” (1SM 186-187)
Nowadays, there are people who talk about the date when Jesus will come back, and there are many such strange groups. They say, “Jesus will come on a certain date,” or “The Jubilee will begin on this date,” and “The end of the world will come in October.” They say all kinds of strange things. Then if Jesus were to make His Second Advent, let’s say He will come in the beginning of October at 4 o’clock, let’s say He will really come on that day, then what do you have to do? What are you supposed to do? Knowing the date and time, will it save you? It cannot save you, it cannot in the slightest help you to be saved. What are you going to do if you know the exact date and hour? If Jesus were coming on October 3rd at midnight, then what must you do to prepare for it? The only thing you can prepare is your character.
So if you want to prepare your character, what must you learn? You must accept our Real Father’s love. Isn’t our Real Father’s love a simple truth? Truly it is a fearful yet wonderful truth. Even if Jesus were to come on October 3rd at midnight, it would only be the day of their death because their characters would not be ready. However, for you it would be a day of life. Why? It is because your characters are prepared. And this is the most precious of all things; it is the greatest truth. I hope you will come to your senses and be alert. May you accept it and guard it. You have to hold onto this message and walk in it.
They also talk about the Jubilee. You are enjoying the Jubilee even now. The Jubilee is being freed from all your sins. There are also some people who say, “Oh, we eat only fresh fruits and vegetables.” Really? Even the lambs and cows must go to heaven then because they only eat fresh grass. How about Jesus? Did He only eat fresh fruits and vegetables? Even Jesus didn’t do that, so what is there to boast of in what they are doing? Everything has been fulfilled in us so I hope that you will not worry about going to heaven. You know those Christians, they don’t even know why Jesus came. They don’t even know what His reason was for coming down to this earth. Did He come down to die on the cross? Of course not.
Let’s read here. I hope you underline it. It shows why Jesus came. “It was to remove this dark shadow, by revealing to the world the infinite love of God, that Jesus came to live among men. The Son of God came from heaven to make manifest the Father.” (SC 11)
So now do you know why Jesus came? Jesus did not come to die on the cross. He came to show the people, the whole world and the whole universe God’s true heart and His love. Satan made God into a God who likes to judge and kill, to throw into hell, a God who punishes those that don’t give Him money, who only wants to be worshiped. Thus, Jesus came to this world to say, “Our Father is not like that,” and to erase all the misunderstandings and misapprehensions about Him. We also, as the disciples of Jesus, must do the same. That is our mission.
“…it is the very message that the three angels flying in the midst of heaven are proclaiming. The work to be done now is that of sounding this last message of mercy to a fallen world. A new life is coming from heaven and taking possession of all God’s people.” (2SM 114)
So this new life is eternal life. When we reveal God’s love to the whole world, we get rid of all the misunderstanding that covered God, allowing all men to receive eternal life. And so the latter rain is given to us to proclaim this message with even greater strength. Even if there are millions and billions of people that gather together, do you know what they do? They kill everyone. The latter rain of the Holy Spirit is not given to just anyone. The only thing that can heal people and cure them and save them is when we preach our Father’s love through the power of the Holy Spirit. If you give the Holy Spirit to those who kill, they will receive greater power to kill. That’s why they have become the people who cannot receive the power of the Holy Spirit. But all of you can now receive the power of the Holy Spirit.
The Message That Will Be Fully Revealed Through the Latter Rain of the Holy Spirit
“On the day of Pentecost … the disciples had not yet received the complete fulfillment of Christ’s promise. Thus it is today. Our knowledge of God is partial and imperfect.” “They received all the knowledge of God that they could bear, but the complete fulfillment of the promise that Christ would show them plainly of the Father was yet to come.” (8T 267)
“Jesus said, [These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall show you plainly of the Father.] (Joh 16:25)” (MH 383)
When Jesus came two thousand years ago, He never said anything except in parables. So everything was in parables and stories. Whatever He talked about, He never said it clearly but instead in proverbs. Did they learn about the foot-washing? Jesus washed His disciples’ feet, but He never explained to them, shared with them the true message, the true meaning behind it. He only said, “The time will come when I will tell you plainly.” Where is it being told plainly today? (Audience replies, “Here.”) Sshhh! Don’t tell this to anyone. All of you are truly blessed to be able to come here. All the secrets and all the veils of the mysteries of the universe have all been uncovered, and you are the ones who have received this light.
The Message Hidden From the Beginning
“Upon the world’s dark night the sun of righteousness must rise [with healing in His wings] (Mal 4:2). The plan for our redemption … was a revelation of [the mystery which hath been kept in silence through times eternal] (Rom 16:25). It was an unfolding of the principles that from eternal ages have been the foundation of God’s throne.” (DA 22)
So this is the new light. People say that there’s a new light, and they made this new light about Daniel. They made a chart and said, “This is the light.” That’s not the new light. Is there any light there? Light is God’s love. God is light and it’s His life. Did we not memorize that? The new light is God’s love that is taught to us. So there is no real new light. The new light is the old light, the old which we had lost has been returned to us, that’s why this is the new light. That’s why this paternal love was an original subject, a new gift to the world. What about the light? Look at the sunlight. Isn’t it the same yesterday and today? Yes. People didn’t know because they were in the darkness. They did know about the light, but now they have seen the light.
The Message That Will Enlighten the Whole World
“The whole earth, wrapped as it is in the darkness of sin and sorrow, and pain, is to be lighted with the knowledge of God’s love. From no sect, rank, or class of people is the light shining from heaven’s throne to be excluded….” (PK 719)
It says, “The whole earth, wrapped as it is in the darkness of sin and sorrow and pain is to be lighted with the knowledge of the Father’s love.” This is His plan. “From no sect, rank, or class of people is the light shining from heaven’s throne to be excluded.” Everyone has the right to receive this light. Everyone should receive this light and find eternal life, whether they are Confucianists, Buddhists, Christians, Gentiles, or non-believers. Why? They are all sons and daughters of God. So no matter what spiritual medium, Catholic monk, or Buddhist monk, I hope that you will go and preach to them and save them. We are all one family, one brethren.
Are there still denominations among you? The first time you met, you may have said, “Oh, I’m from the Catholic Church. I’m from the Seventh-Day-Adventist Church. Oh, this person is from so-and-so heretic group” – but has that all disappeared? Yes, they have. Even nationality or color doesn’t matter. This light must be shown to all people. Do you believe that this light is to be shown to the whole world?
“Whosoever will may reach forth and take hold of God’s strength and make peace with Him. No longer are the heathen to be wrapped in midnight darkness. The gloom is to disappear before the bright beams of the Sun of righteousness.” (PK 719)
So this earth should not remain in darkness any longer. The light has already begun to shine. Once the sun rises in the morning, it shines more and more as it rises higher; eventually it brightens the whole earth. This light has begun to shine before the whole earth and it will shine like the sun at noonday.
When I was spreading this light in Kangwon Province, in an area called Moonmak, I was invited there. The pastor who was in charge of that area came with some elders to attack me. Nowadays, people drive me around, but during that time, I had no car and no one to drive me around. I traveled alone without any companions. And it was because I was alone that they looked down at me. This pastor came with six elders, seven people came and he said, “Hey, you, Myung Ho Park! Get in this car.” They were going to dump me somewhere. I realized they could pick me up and throw me into the car, so I determined, “I’d better not remain still. They must be taught a lesson.” So I said, “Pastor, isn’t God a gentleman?” “Of course.” “Wasn’t Jesus a gentleman?” “Of course.” “Then shouldn’t we be gentlemen as well?” “Alright.” And because the Father and Jesus had been gentlemen, I could see him trying to act like a gentleman as well. I said to that pastor, “I’m not like some other people who go around in secret and teach people, giving sermons. I was invited to speak here by this church. If the people who invited me had told me to leave, then I would have left by this evening or tomorrow morning. But there’s one thing I must say to you. Acts chapter 5 verses 38 and 39. [And now I say to you, keep away from these men and let them alone; for if this plan or this work is of men, it will come to nothing; but if it is of God, you cannot overthrow it – lest you even be found to fight against God.] So I said, “And now I say to you, Pastor, keep away from this man and leave him alone, for if this plan or this work is of this man, Myung Ho Park, it will come to nothing; but if it is of God, then you cannot overthrow it and you cannot do anything about it; you may even be found to fight against God.” And this pastor said, “Amen, ah, I think so too. Okay, goodbye.” And they left.
That time, there were a couple of elders who had been there, they are sitting here right now. Yes, this is the way it’s supposed to be. They saw me fighting with the pastor and they chose my side. So the more we fight, the more we can save. Do you believe that this light will shine to the ends of the earth? Then you have to believe before it shines. It’s pointless to believe after the light has already shone everywhere. So you must believe now. “Once it goes to the whole world, then I will believe” – such people who still doubt will end up leaving. If this (work) began from Myung Ho Park, then once I die, this will be over and there may be a few people who will say, “Oh, let’s follow Teacher Park’s message.” But if this is of God, whether I die or not, or whether you all live, someone will finish this work and spread it to the whole world. So I hope that you will believe and be the glorious angels who will save the whole world. May you shine this light to all people, all nations, and all languages.
