OUR REAL FATHER WHO GAVE US HIS THRONE

Thank you very much. Please open the ‘Key To Happiness’ chapter 19, page 176. What is the title? Our Real Father Who Gave Us His Throne.

Once I saw a movie. There was a king who did not have anybody to succeed his throne. He had no children to succeed his throne. No matter how smart the ministers or congressmen may be, he cannot give his throne to them unless they are his real children. So the king had to find somebody who had his blood. They eventually found a boy in Kang Hwa island who was one of his very far relatives. This boy who was living in Kang Hwa Island was totally ignorant, uneducated and untrained. He was only shouting and singing loudly, tumbling on the ground. However, he was the only person who could succeed his throne. So he was taken to the palace. Then his tattered and dirty clothes were taken off and he was given a robe as a king’s son. Because he was just like a brutal animal, he was to be taught how to walk.

“Since you are to be a king, you must walk gently like a king. You should not jump up like that.”

“Can I walk like this?”

“Yes, you have to walk like that.” He used to laugh, “Ho! Hooo.”

“Ah, as a king you should not laugh like that. You must laugh Ho, ho,ho.” When he started eating something, he was impatiently eating so fast that some of the rice even got into his nostrils.

“Ah, as a king you must not eat like that. You must eat slowly like this.”

So he must learn everything again. Oh, he never liked anything. He never wanted to be a king. He just wanted to go away. He only wanted to have liberty. His only desire was to go back to his homeland.

One night, he called his girlfriend in secret. So, he was tumbling on the ground again, playing with her. Later, the retainers came waiting for them. Then he said, “Ah, how come you came so soon?” He lost his liberty again.

Sometimes, our Daddy tells us, “You must speak holy and clean words. You must have holy imagination. You must eat this kind of foods. You should not eat those kinds of foods.” If we do something wrong, He sometimes chastens and chastises us. He trains us this way and that way and thousands of ways. When I did not know my Daddy’s love, I thought to myself, “How come God is so strange. Doesn’t He have anything to do in heaven? How come He comes to this earth and tells those feeble children to do this, do that, and don’t do that? How come God is doing so useless things like that? Probably He has nothing to do in heaven.” I did not understand why?

Now, I realized that it was because our Father is longing to take us to heaven and to set us on His heavenly throne. We were just like brutal beasts, tumbling on the ground of the world. However, our Father dragged us here and He is teaching us many things. “You must eat this kind of food, you must have only holy imaginations.” If we do something wrong then He chastens us. I hope you do not complain but be well trained by Him. Because we are children of the heavenly king, we must learn faithfully without complaining.

That boy became the king of Korea in history, named Chul Chong. We are going to be kings in heaven. Revelation 3:21.

Reader: “To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.”

Speaker: [To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.]

The kings in the world give their throne only to their real child, no matter how ugly the child maybe. Do you truly believe that our Father will give His throne to us? It proves that we are His real children. No matter how ugly we maybe, He gives His throne only to us. Have you seen any king giving his throne to his handiwork. Have you seen any king laying down his own life to save something he made? Undoubtedly, we are God’s real children whom He begot. However, churches in the whole world say that God created us just like His handiwork. We are God’s real sons and daughters that’s why He gives His throne to us.

Reader: The monarch of heaven, our Father [has highly exalted Him (Jesus) who has overcome Satan, the king of darkness and his angels and [sat down at the right hand of God] on which He is also sitting today. And He comforts Him saying, [Sit on my right hand, till I make Your enemies Your footstool,] and also determined [that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

Speaker: Our Father who gave His throne to His eldest Son, Jesus will also give His throne to us.

Reader: Jesus is exclaiming to us, [To him who overcomes (Satan as I overcame him) I will grant to sit with Me on My throne as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.] In this way, as He bestowed His throne upon Jesus, His eldest Son, so He also bestows it upon us, His last children. This is an unquestionable truth, for an earlier chosen group of sinners are already sitting on His throne today. John the witness testifies, [Behold, a throne set in heaven ... and on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white robes; and they had crowns of gold on their heads.]

Speaker: Do you truly believe that the King of the universe will give His throne to us? Well, I am not sure if you truly believe that. Do you truly believe that? Even though God said that He will give His heavenly throne to us, none of us fainted. How can you say that you believe that He will give His throne to you? Don’t be worried. Even greater sinners than us, people who could not even call God Daddy are already sitting on the heavenly thrones. Who are they? The twenty-four elders. They could not call God, Daddy. Because we accepted our Daddy we share so close relationship with Him. However those twenty-four elders who are sitting on the heavenly thrones already, could not even call God, Daddy. When Jesus was resurrected, they were also resurrected from the earth. So, by making them sit on heavenly thrones who were much more sinners than us, our Daddy is telling us, “See, they are already sitting here then why can’t you come up to me and sit with me here.” We don’t have to worry about sitting there. We don’t have to doubt because they are already sitting there. If we can go up there, what do they have to do? They must come down. How come those people who could not even call God, Daddy are sitting on the heavenly thrones already? They could not call God, Daddy but they are already sitting there. So I hope you will have confidence.

Reader: Amen! What an amazing love it is! How can He love sinners so much as to give them His throne which is all that is left of Him!
What a wondrous love it is! This infinite love [which passes knowledge,] is a mystery which we will perhaps never attain to full understanding throughout the eternal ages.

Speaker: Churches in the world think that God fought with Satan because of His throne.

Reader: John the witness testifies again, [And I saw thrones ... and I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshipped the beast of his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ...]

Speaker: The twenty-four elders already went up to heaven and are already sitting on the heavenly thrones. Apostle John, in Pathmos, already saw people sitting on heavenly thrones who did not worship the beast nor receive his mark. Who are they? They refer to us, who did not worship the beast nor receive his mark, who only received our Father’s image, His seal. Apostle John already saw those people sitting on the heavenly throne. Who are they? They refer to us. You can say us!

A prophetess saw a vision many years ago. In her vision, she went to a camp meeting. There, she saw a brother and a sister. Many years later, she went to a camp meeting. All of a sudden, she was reminded of the vision she had seen before. She said, “Look at the brother and the sister over there. I saw them a few years ago. That’s why our Father already saw us sitting on a heavenly throne. Even eternal days ago, even before this earth was created, our Father already planned to beget us in these last days and then make us sit on heavenly throne. So it was no problem for Apostle John to see us already sitting on heavenly throne two thousand years ago. If we go to heaven, Apostle John will come to us and say, “Ah, I saw you two thousand years ago. When I was living in Pathmos, I saw you already sitting right here. He will shake hands with us and will be so glad. It is the same as we are already sitting on heavenly throne right now. As I told you already, if you only come to our Daddy and as long as we do not leave our Daddy again, our names will never be erased from the book of life. Our names are already written in our Daddy’s book of life with golden letters. Our Daddy already made thrones for us. As long as you do not leave our Daddy again, your throne will remain there. When the prodigal son came back to his father, the father said, “This is your room. This is yours, this is yours.” As long as the prodigal son does not leave his father again, his belongings will remain there. Revelation 3:11

Reader: “Behold, I come quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.”

Speaker: Therefore, [hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.] Are you already wearing a crown? Yes, since we are already wearing a crown, we can just hold it fast so that we may not lose it. Since we already received the throne of heaven, do not lose it. Once you lose this place you are sitting right now, you will regret it. Will you keep this seat forever then?

Reader: What a glorious scene it is! Those who had been slain for God and Jesus are now in heaven reigning on His throne. This is the throne that is glorious and highest [above the stars of God,] which is [on the mount of the congregation, on the farthest sides of the north, and is [above the heights of the clouds, (of) the Most High,] that Satan, [the son of the morning] once attempted to plunder by force and instigation but failed, only to fall to the earth himself.

Speaker: Yes. All churches today say that our Father was fighting with Satan in order to keep His throne only to Himself. They think that our Father is a selfish God. Our Father is not a selfish God who fought with Satan to keep His throne to Himself alone. All those misunderstandings of our Father’s love must be completely wiped away. Our Father is not a selfish God who fought with Satan for His throne. Satan demanded His throne from Him.

So our Father said, “Alright! I am going to give you my throne then but there is one condition. Because one who sits on this throne must control the entire universe, so one who sits here must be a God of love. If you do not have my character, you could not sit on here otherwise the whole universe will be destroyed. So you must have my character first, my character of love. If you only have my character, then I will give my throne to you.”

Satan said, “I don’t want to have your character. Just give me your throne.”

“No! I can’t give it to you then.”

“Then, please give me power.”

“Alright, I am going to give you power but on one condition. If you use this power with violence, then the whole universe will be destroyed. So you must have my character first.”

He said, “No! I don't want to have your character. Just give me your throne.”

Our Father could not give His throne to him because he would destroy the whole world. How about us? Have you ever prayed to our Daddy for Him to give us His throne? We never prayed to Him to give us His throne. We only want to have His character that’s why our Daddy gives His throne to us automatically.

Many Buddhists, Protestants and people from any kinds of denominations, even atheists came this time. They are standing on more advantageous ground. Because Satan brainwashed all Christians, so those who are filled with teachings of Satan must be completely emptied first. I hope you empty yourself like Moses and Paul and be filled with true teachings from heaven, with true understanding of our Daddy’s love. So we must have this correct idea, true teaching of heaven that our Father never fought with Satan for His throne. Because our Father’s throne is a round one, all people can sit there. We are going to be kings together with our Daddy who are going to rule the universe as regent.

So, churches in the whole world say that angels are servants of God but angels are God’s real children. Hebrews 12:9.

Reader: “Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live?”

Speaker: Yes. Here it says that our Father is a Father of all spirits. Then, are angels physical beings or spiritual beings? They are spiritual beings. So, here it says that our Father is a Father of all spirits. Our Father is their Father also. There is a statement like this, “angels serve God not as slaves but as children. The relationship between God and angels is a perfect relationship of Father and children.” Angels are God’s real children. Those ignorant people in the world who oppose this message, they say to look at Hebrews 1:5.

Reader: For to which of the angels did He ever say: “You are My Son, today I have begotten you”? And again: “I will be to Him a Father, and He shall be to Me a Son”? But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says: “Let all the angels of God worship Him.”

Speaker: Here it says, [When He (God) again brings the firstborn (His Son) into the world.] Here it says, when God sent His Son to the world, when did God say to angels, “You are My Son”? In other words, when God sent Jesus into this world, as a savior of the world, He did not say to angels, [You are My Son,] to save the world. He only told Jesus, [You are My Son] to save the world. In other words, as a savior of the world, God sent Jesus, not angels. So God acknowledges only Jesus as a savior Son of the world, not angels. It is not because angels are not God’s real children, they are also God’s real children. As a savior of the world God sent Jesus, not angels, and He said, “You are My Son” to save the world. In John 3:16, it says that Jesus is the only begotten Son. If Jesus is God’s only begotten Son, can there be any Son then? If so, we are not His sons either then. In Isaiah, there it says that, Lucifer was the son of the morning. What does morning mean? Light. So light represents our Father. Isaiah says that Lucifer, you are son of the morning. In other words, he was God’s real son also. If he had been slave, could he dare to ask for the throne of his Father, the king of heaven? If he had been a slave, he could have never dare ask for the throne of heaven. Because he was the true son of God, with his son’s right, he demanded the throne of heaven from our Father. So, angels are our Real Father’s children also. If there is slavery or bondage in heaven, how can it be a heaven? It will be a hell. I am not going to go to a heaven like that. Angels are God’s real children as we are His real children also. So the entire universe is one family with one Father. In Malachi also, our Daddy said, “Don’t you have only one Father?” So we are going to live forever with one Father in a huge family of the universe.

Reader: The throne that Satan, the instigator of the whole world had failed to plunder by his cunning skill, our Father has bestowed freely upon us, who are lowly and humble on earth; who love Him genuinely and obey His word and commandments. That is why the righteous man, Moses continued to love God, rejecting Pharaoh’s throne as worthless, beholding the recompense of the reward.

Speaker: Our Father is fighting with Satan because of His character, so I hope you only have His character. We don’t have to worry about our position, our fame or anything. If we only have His character, He exalts us in the highest place. What makes us most valuable is our character. This is the most important and valuable thing in the universe.

Reader: So did Apostle Paul thrown away all the worldly status and glory like dirt, saying, [Brethren ... but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.] [Nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.]

Speaker: Yes. Here comes out two idiots. One idiot was Moses, the other one was Paul. One who would be the king of Egypt must go through a procedure to sit on the throne. So the procedure is this: one must bow down to the idol of Egypt once. After bowing down to the idol of Egypt, he must go up to the throne to rule all Egyptians. However, in order to be loyal true God of heaven, in order to obey his parent’s word to worship only the true God of heaven, Moses could not bow down to the idol of Egypt even once. That’s why he could not become the king of Egypt but just fled away into the wilderness. What did he do there? Did he become great in the world after fleeing away? One who would be the king of Egypt became a shepherd of somebody. If Moses had become the king of Egypt, he might have become a person to conquer the whole world. Most of people in the world, if they are good in civil part, they are not good in the military. If they are good at this point, they are not as good at the other point. However, Moses was a person completely equipped with both civil and military arts. So everywhere he went, he was surrounded by applause from the multitude. Because he could not bow down to the idol just once, he could not be a king. To lose our chastity once, is the same thing as losing our chastity even a hundred of times. Because he could not kiss with the idol of Egypt, he abandoned his throne, the throne of Egypt. I hope that you will be like him who keep your chastity to the end. What a beautiful person he was. Even though people received this message, they always excuse after committing sins. Those kinds of excuses cannot be accepted by God. If Moses had bow down to the idol of Egypt just once, he could have become the king of Egypt which was the Mecca of all civilization, education, wealth, politics. Egypt was the Mecca of all civilizations in the world at that time. He could have attempted to convert all the Egyptians into Christians. Had he become the king, he could have made all people, Christians. He could have said, “Oh, alright. I am going to bow down to the idol just once and then when I become the king, I could make all these people to believe in God.” As I told you, to lose our chastity even once is the same as losing our chastity even a hundred of times. Because he could not bow down to the idol even once, he abandoned the throne of Egypt. Did Moses truly abandon the world? Yes, this is what it means to abandon the world in true sense.

However, people who left their city house say, “Oh, it is so hard for me to abandon the world.” “Oh, I abandoned my education, my house.” How can we say that we abandoned anything? We did not abandon anything. We only received glory. In the presence of these great men in history, we cannot even open our mouth. Moses did not even receive such a great message as this. He only thought God to be a creator who made us yet he kept his chastity to the end like this. If he had learned that God is his real Father who begot him, probably, he might have become a much greater person. He only became a farm servant or shepherd of somebody in the desert. His master loved and acknowledged him. Then he married his master’s daughter but how beautiful person was she? She was so black, not beautiful at all. That’s why Moses’ sister and brother laughed at him for having married such an ugly woman. Throughout the entire history, probably, nobody would have received so much applause and glory and popularity than Moses. If he had become the king of Egypt, the entire Egypt and the whole world would have been under him and all the pretty maidens would have become his. But he abandoned all the beautiful things of the world, all the wealth of the world. He just fled away to the desert and married an ugly woman.

I am thinking of Moses sitting with his wife in a room, saying, “Ah, this is my wife.” In the past, all the most beautiful women in Egypt were in the palace, but he never gave his heart to them. Having fled to the desert, he was sitting with his wife in the room saying, “Ah, this is my wife.” It was his true happiness. Moses did not become so stupid like Solomon. Solomon was not the king of wisdom, he was the most stupid king in history. I never even want to think about him. How can he be a king of wisdom? It was our Father’s special love that Solomon could be saved. He was the most foolish king. Only when we are in Daddy’s bosom, all that we have, become so good things. Solomon was just doing all kinds of impure and foolish things before his death. He was barely saved. If Moses had been as foolish as Solomon and married a woman just considering her outward beauty, he could never have become a Moses. However, he only looked through her heart and married her. You should never consider outward beauty. He only considered her heart, that’s why he married her. Because she had a heart to serve and be loyal to God, and to keep her chastity to God, he chose her. She was a person fully qualified to serve Moses, to help him accomplish God’s will.

Likewise, we must also marry so wisely. In the sight of carnal people of the world, Moses was an idiot, so foolish. If he only remained in Egypt and bowed down to the idol just once, he would have become the king of the world. All wealth and all the beautiful women could have become his. However, because he could not bow down to the idol, he went away and married an ugly woman in the desert. He was the most smart person in history. As he abandoned the throne of Egypt, somebody else occupied his throne. Who was that? Pharaoh. Now we can see the result of the work of these two persons, Moses and Pharaoh. They both had passed away but we can clearly see the difference between them. Pharaoh who gladly occupied the throne of Egypt, where is he now? He is inside the pyramid as a dry frog, just like a dried fish. This is the result of the glory of the world. That’s why Solomon said that [all is vanity] and it is just like [trying to catch wind.] Why is it so hard to abandon the world? If you cling to the worldly things, you would be like dried frogs. Why should we not be so smart like Moses? Moses, who abandoned the place which would make a person as dry frog, where is he now? He is in heaven. Two thousand years ago, he also came down to encourage Jesus. He is still Moses until now.

Here we can see the result of their choices. We should be able to look just a few steps ahead of us. If you only look just a few steps ahead of us, we can make a right choice. Just a few steps ahead of us, there, the end of the world. People say, “Oh, I have such a nice job, I have so many things.” If you regret of having followed our Daddy, becoming poor because of receiving this message, please go back to the world quickly. If you regret of having abandoned your education, please go back to school quickly. We must be wise people like Moses who never lose our chastity even if we lose our life.

Next, Paul idiot. Compared with today’s world, what was his position? He was a congressman. Being a congressman, he must be paid a lot every month or every week. He must have many people under him, secretaries and people under him. He must have many nice cars like limousine. So Paul had many horses instead of limousines. Since he was a man of such a high position in the world, his wife must have been a great woman. She must be the same level as Paul. She must be a woman of great background. So he was so proud of himself. He was also a man of high position in his church which was the Orthodox church of the world.

One day, he heard that a new heretic group started. Because he was so loyal to his church, he went to them. He imprisoned, killed, and destroyed them. To be loyal to God, he destroyed all those people who were professing to believe a carpenter Teacher, Jesus. One day, he was about to go to a person in Damascus to destroy all those heretics. That morning, he said to his wife, “Hey honey, I am going to Damascus to destroy all those heretics. Okay, stay well.” When he was going, riding on his beautiful horse, his wife looked at him. She was so happy and she was saying to herself, “Ah, among my classmates, I married the best person. Ah, I am so lucky person.”

However, when her husband came back, he became completely crazy. She had no idea what had happened. He began to say, “Ah, we don’t need wealth. We have to do charity work.” He had never said things like charity work but he sold his horses and gave the money to poor people and he started walking on foot. Before then, he even retired from the congress hall. From that month, no money came in. No salary, nor money under the table, nothing came in. He even sold his horses. She could not understand anything, she could not understand what happened to her husband. “What happened to you, honey? Please tell me.” She used to be so proud of being a congressman’s wife but now her husband became crazy. He retired, and he was now wearing just jumpers. He used to wear a very nice suit but now he took off everything and only wearing jumpers. He used to wear shiny shoes but he threw them away and he was just wearing tattered sneakers with a hole that his toes were sticking out. Even though she asked him what happened, he was only saying, “Ah, this is spiritually understood so I don’t have to communicate with you.” In the past his eyes were so sparkling but now he looked just like dummy. She could not discern the eyes of Jesus. Even though she kept asking him what happened to him, he never answered. Oh, he got into big trouble, she was so much worried. “What happened to my husband? Why did he become so crazy?” In the past, he used to bring brand new bills which were just like a knife but from then on, he began to bring tattered, very old bills saying, “I’m sorry for giving only this much to you.” As she looked at the money, she was choked with tears. “Oh, what kind of money is this? Where did he bring this from? Did he bring this from any garbage can?” He must have brought the money from the garbage can, the money was so old.” She was so much worried so she said to herself, “Today, I must find out what happened to my husband. I must find out, today.” So she decided to follow her husband in secret. When he was leaving home in the morning, her husband was taking something in a little bag. She was following him secretly in a distance. In front of somebody’s house, the house owner and Paul were talking with each other, then the lady inside the house put out something and he also was taking out that thing. Then he began to do something with a big clothe. As she looked at him closely, “Oh, my goodness! What happened to this? The congressman was stitching somebody’s tent. If a person is too scared, too astonished, she cannot speak even a word. So she just came back home and called her children, “Hey, my child. Please come, your daddy is crazy. Let us go back to your grandfather’s house.” So Paul was deserted by his wife. At that time, Sanhedrin members were only married people. Paul also was a person who had a wife and children.

Due to following Jesus who did not even come out from grammar school, he was deserted by his church, by his fellow congressmen and leaders and professors, by his wife and children. That’s why he admitted, “I became just like a garbage, a manure of the world.” Yes, we should be not only garbage of the world but even become food and water of the world. That which he received is what we received today. So, when he was deserted by his wife, he went to so much trouble. His life became so miserable when he was deserted by his wife. That’s why he said, “Since it is almost the end of the world, you better not marry like me. Just remain single like me now.”

Now here, we can also see two persons. One person, because he married wisely, without considering outward beauty, marrying a lady who had such a beautiful heart toward God, Moses succeeded in marriage. However, Because Paul married a woman only considering her outward beauty, he failed and having so much trouble.

There are many people here who are going to be married soon. The marriage question is so much important, extremely important. For marriage question, you must pray for a long period of time. Why should you marry so hurriedly and then fail? Why should we not obey God’s word? Rush marriage is one of the most efficient methods of Satan to destroy people. It is the most effective means through which Satan destroys people. We must pray for a long period of time before marriage. Do you know how important marriage is? Our Father has never told us to pray one hundred twenty times a month for any missionary work or His work. He has never told us to pray for missionary even over hundred twenty times a month but as for marriage question, He told us to pray 120 times a month. Because they don’t pray at all, after marriage, they curse the matchmaker, or God and themselves. We must pray hundred twenty times a month before marriage. Why should we be so impatient? So before marriage, God said that we must pray at least four times a day. Even when we don’t think about marriage, we must start praying. Marriage question is so important. Do you know how important it is? If heaven is hundred miles away, when you marry wisely you already advanced toward heaven eighty miles but when you marry unwisely, you are taken further away from heaven. One of the greatest curses to pastors, God’s servants are unregenerated wife. No matter how powerful he may preach to people, if he has an unregenerated wife, that’s the biggest curse to him.

Some people ask me to make a match. If I say, “Oh, there is a good boy there.” First they ask, “What is his educational background? Then, they ask, “How much money... Oh, no. They don’t say, how much money they only say, “Is he able to support a family?” They cannot ask how much money, so they only say this. Third, they ask, “How good looking is he?” I have never made a match for that kind of empty-headed people. They are completely empty-headed. If they love education, if they love money, why don’t they marry money? Why do they marry the person? Men are the same. They ask the same questions to me. I hope you don’t be like that. We must be like Moses who considered only inward heart. If you would like to ask about education then, you must ask how much knowledge of God’s love one may have. And if you want to ask how much money he has, why don’t you ask him, how much gold of our Daddy’s love he has in his heart? If you want to ask about his outward appearance, why don’t you ask how much he resembles our Daddy’s image. I hope you do not consider those perishable things but only ask: how much knowledge he has of our Daddy’s love, how much gold of our Daddy’s love he has, how much does he resemble our Daddy?

Shall I tell you how I got married? I did not want to get married before but my Daddy’s providence was for me to get married early. When I was young, I made a decision never to get married because I saw many pastors having so much trouble, living so miserable lives because of their unregenerated wives. So, I decided not to get married but my Daddy rather made me get married early. But I feel so thankful to my Daddy. Even if I am married now, I receive so much curse from people. If I were single, probably, I would have received much more curse. So I am so thankful to my Daddy for making me get married early. Before marriage, even though I had no house, no money, nothing at all, wherever I went, people tried to give their daughters to me. They tried to make me their son in law. If I went to any pastor, the pastor showed me lots of photos saying, “Just pick one, pick one. If one of them is attractive, just six percent attractive then you can just pick her.” So, I said, “Please get rid of this.” I made a decision never to fail in marriage. Because I was cast out from home, I had nowhere to go. I am living only for my Daddy’s glory but if I fail in marriage, then I would have nowhere to go. It will be even worse than dying. So I decided to commit myself wholly to my Daddy including the marriage question. I would never ask anybody to help me. I only prayed to my Daddy. From my childhood, I pray only for one thing, “Father, let me live and die only for your glory.” This is my only prayer. Has my prayer been answered already? My prayer was already fulfilled. I prayed, Father I want to live only for your glory, so if anybody can help me to live only for your glory, I don’t care no matter what kind of person you would give me. Whether ugly or not, even if she maybe a 40 year-old widow, I don’t care. Whether she maybe pretty or ugly, no matter how old she maybe, even if she maybe a forty year old widow, if she can only help me live only for your glory, I don’t care. I was a young, clean person but I was saying that even forty-year-old widow would be alright. However my Daddy did not give me a forty year old widow. He gave me my wife.

This is how I met my wife. A pastor made a match. That pastor asked me to give a sermon in his church. As I went to his church, he told me that she was over there. As I looked at my wife at first, Oh, she was not attractive at all. Although I was not so handsome, my eyes were very proud. Looking at her, if I would consider outward appearance, I would never pick her. But I have been praying that I would pick one, no matter how ugly she maybe, if she can help me to live only for God’s glory. Anyhow, if I considered only her outward appearance, I never would have picked her. As I looked at her, she was so tall. Her arms and legs were completely independent. So I said, “Ah, pastor, “I don’t like her, I don’t want her.” I just came back to my place.

Later the pastor suggested me just writing letters with her. It was God’s voice. Even though I prayed to my Daddy for marriage, my Daddy did not give me an answer. He was only saying to me that “I already gave you my daughter.” So from then on, I could not even pray. There was no power in my prayer. As I received letters from her, I was sure that she was the very person I was praying for. The more I live with her, the more she becomes attractive. People in the world say that there is a boring period after marriage, but if you marry according to God’s word and live according to His voice, there is no boring period. The more we live together, the more attractive we become to each other.

Although I always dragged her around to start new churches and to live only for my Daddy’s glory, she never complained. She had to teach little kids in church, while I had to teach adults. In the country, if you come back from the farm, little kids are already in the church running around, jumping up and down inside the church. Then we did not even have time to wash our hands and feet but I did not see my wife complaining. Although I did not have so much money, although I sold all of my possessions and donated it to church and helped my brother, she never complained to me saying, “How come you don’t think about your wife and children?” I have never seen her complaining like that. Until the time this word of eternal life could be spread to all people, there has been a great sacrifice and devotion on the part of my wife. So I used to tell my wife, “If you go to heaven, you will receive even much greater reward than me.”

However, I don’t want to tell you to get married because the earth has almost come to its end. As apostle said, “Since it is almost the end of the world, you better remain single like me but if you cannot overcome your carnal passions, you better get married so you may not commit sin. If you can overcome, then you better remain single like me.” So, I don’t want to tell you to get married but if you want to live for the glory of God...

When Jesus sent his disciples for missionary work, He sent them two by two or three by three. If one person goes out for missionary work, he can also gain success but if two persons go, they can gain more success. Also a man cannot go into women’s room and a woman cannot go into man’s room but if one gets married, these two persons can go anywhere. They can go into men’s room or women’s room, or anywhere to save somebody. They can communicate with anybody and if one is distressed, the other can help him up. If the husband is distressed, the wife can help. If the wife is distressed, the husband can also help. So marriage is so holy thing, holy matter.

During the time of persecution, a man and a woman were about to be killed by wicked people. One day before being executed, they got married. An elder allowed their wedding. The next day, they were executed.

So marriage is a holy matter. If a man and woman become one, if they become united, they form and establish a church. If they got married they become a church. I already told you that our Father never intended to give us pastors or priests. The fathers must be the pastors of their respective families to lead all the family members to heaven. So if a man and woman become united, they become a church so that they may lead all people to heaven. If you want to have a home church, and live only for the glory of God, in order to do God’s work more effectively then you can get married. However, if you marry for any other purpose, your marriage will be your snare. If you want to marry for any other purpose, you better not get married at all.

One more thing, even if you got married for God’s glory, I do not want to tell you to have babies. However, everything depends on your faith. Then why? God always said that in the last days, those who have babies and are pregnant will have tribulations. Not only in times of tribulation, but right now, it is today, when people who have babies have tribulations. Even if they come here longing to receive eternal life, they cannot concentrate because their babies keep crying outside. Then they have to go out often and take care of them. When the Jacob’s trouble comes, it is already after our salvation is determined. So before the time of trouble comes, those mothers already have tribulations for they cannot concentrate because of their babies. If we cannot receive these words of eternal life, we cannot be saved. The children always distract their mothers. That’s why sometimes, our Father lets our babies sleep.

During the time of battle in Korea, North Korean people were fleeing away from North to South Korea. At night, when they were coming down on a boat, all of a sudden a little baby burst into crying. Then the North Korean communists killed them all completely. In peaceful time period, babies are also such a great blessing but in time of trouble, babies become the greatest curse to us.

During the time of persecution in Rome, all the Christians fled away into the caves to hide themselves. While in hiding, a baby was about to cry so the mother tried to stop him. People said, “Because you have a baby, all of us will be killed by our enemies.” So she covered his mouth. A few moments later, she found out that her baby was choked to death.

Even if we lose our babies, in some cases our Father lets our babies sleep, we can meet them again when Jesus comes. So I don’t want to tell you to have babies but if you want, you can also have babies. Everything depends on one’s own choice because there is no compulsion in our Daddy’s country. I don’t want those people who do not want to have babies to suffer from phobia for being pregnant. Matthew 19:12.

Reader: For there are eunuchs who were born thus from their mother’s womb, and there are eunuchs who were made eunuchs by men, and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake. He who is able to accept it, let him accept it.”

Speaker: Here it says that [there are eunuchs who were born thus from their mother’s womb], they were born like that. Other eunuchs were made like that became eunuchs due to accidents. The third eunuchs are those who made themselves like that. These days, there are many procedures to make a person unable to have babies. It is very simple these days especially for men. If they just cut a little string, then there is no difference. If they want to have babies again, then they can connect it together again. In old times, if anybody had surgery, most of the men did not have energy after surgery. However, these days, it is no problem. Surgery like vasectomy is so simple. I say like this to my church members sometimes, that it is not good to have babies in the last days. So things like vasectomy can be recommended. Some other pastors say to me, “As a servant of God, how can you teach people that we can hurt our bodies? God cannot accept any lamb with blemish.” If God does not receive anybody with blemish, then God cannot accept disabled persons? Disabled persons cannot go to heaven then? They don’t have to believe in Jesus then? Our Father meant not physical but spiritual blemish. Persons without arms or legs can also praise and accept our Daddy’s love and be saved. People in the world are so foolish. However I am not saying that you must do this way. You can do everything with your own choice.

One meeting, a new couple came to me and asked, “I am already pregnant for a few months. What should I do?” So I said, “If you are pregnant just one or two months, abortion is alright but if you are pregnant over six months, you should not do so because the baby, the new life is already formed.” Then people in the world say that Park Myung Ho says that everybody can have abortion. I have never said to do this way or that way. So no matter what you do, you can just pray to our Daddy and follow Him.

So even though Paul had been a congressman, he abandoned all his glory for God’s glory. For the glory of heaven, he became a true eunuch. He only became a tent maker but he considered stitching tents even more glorious than giving addresses in the congress hall.

Those who say, “Ah, I am ashamed of doing things like that,” they still have their self-respect. I used to attend a church called Reformed Church. They asked me to work as an assistant pastor for them, so I just went there to preach this message. When they were first established, they were so loyal to God, they were so clean, not contaminated by Christian corruption in the world. So I told them not to do this way, not to do that way but they did not care. When the leaders of the church came from America, they always tried to bribe him. They tried to flatter him. When pastors fought with each other, they always came to the leader saying, “He did this wrong, he did that wrong.” They looked so abominable. So I tried to reform the church, to keep that church clean. I longed to make them the last Elijahs. Staying with them for about a month or two, I did my best to keep the church from being polluted. When the leaders refused me completely, I said I wanted to leave the church. The highest leader said,

“If you go away, who will tell me things like that? You are the only person who always gives us right counsel.”

So I said, “Then, are you going to listen to me?”

“Alright, we are going to listen to you.”

“So I said, “No matter what happens, we should not compromise with evil. We should never compromise with those people.”

They said, “Alright.”

However, as they went to the enemies, they compromised again with their wickedness. So, I found out that our Father already departed from them. Since our Father departed from them, how could I reform the church myself? I eagerly wanted them to be the last Elijahs. In order to make the church the true, clean church of God, I donated lots of money and all my possessions to that church. I was being paid from them and my family was supported by the church, but as I found out that my Daddy already left the church, I never wanted to be paid anymore. So, when the highest leader, the General Conference President of that church came from America, all the leaders were gathered. When they were all gathered, I went out in front of them and said,

“I found out that this church is the church of Satan.”

One of the elders said, “How can you say that this is the church of Satan?”

So I said, “Since all the leaders are fighting with one another for position, isn’t this a Satan’s church?”

Nobody could say a word. If anybody else said a thing like that, probably, he would have been beaten up by them. Because they knew what kind of person I was, nobody could say anything. When I left the church, somebody else said almost the same thing but he was beaten up and slapped by them. However, because they knew my life and my character, nobody could say anything. I gave my resignation to the Conference president and just left the church and came down back home. On my way to our house, in the train, my Daddy looked so happy. Then He embraced me saying, “Oh, You are My Son. I am so pleased with you.” When I was paid by that church, I felt so unhappy but as I left the church, I was so happy on my down home.

As I came back home in Chola province, my wife and children were looking at me, expecting something from me. But there was no way for me to support them. Do you know what ‘man’ in Chinese character means? This one word ‘man’ in Chinese character has three meanings: ten, mouth, power. So a person who does not have power to support ten family members, he is not a man. That kind of person must exchange his clothes with his wife and take care of the children at home. As a man also, as I am, I must be able to support ten family members. I only have five family members so I must be able to support them as a man. I had to play a role as a man. So I said to my wife, “I tendered my resignation.” If she said, “What do you mean? Why did you resign? How are you going to support your family? Didn’t you consider your wife and children?” If she have said that, I would have no word to say to her. However, she said, “Ah, you made a good choice. We never want to be paid by that kind of church. Let us just live for God and He will supply our needs.” I was thankful to her.

Even though both of us were okay, there was nothing in the house. So I had to play a role as a man. Saying good-bye to my wife, I left home. I went to Tae-Go city. Without knowing where to go, I was just walking, praying, “Daddy, please give me a job. I must support my family. Thank you for giving me a job.” I always give thanks to my Daddy. When I was walking, I saw a little shack where a person was doing something. As I looked inside, a person was repairing shoes. Looking at it, I thought that I won’t need much money to buy tools or things like that. Probably I won’t need capital fund, so I asked the person, “Teacher, will you please teach me how to do this.” I called him Teacher because I had to learn. Looking at me, he did not say anything. Probably I did not look like somebody who could do that kind of work. So I asked him again.

Then he said, “Can somebody like you do this?”

“Yes, I can do it.” Then he continued doing his own work. So I asked him again.

But he also asked me again, “Can you do this kind of work?”

“Of course. I have done even much worse work than this.”

And he said, “Alright, I am going to teach you.”

He taught me how to repair shoes: how to stitch, how to sew, and how to replace the sole. About ten minutes, he taught me how to do it. Then he taught me how to buy and where to buy the tools. He said that I can buy those tools in a city called Kim-Chun. So I went to Kim-Chun.

Because I had no money to make a shop, I just spread everything on the ground in front of a big drug store. I barely had a few tools. The owner of the drug store was living there. He was so wealthy person with a four-storied building and a hotel. He was a very rich person. Since I was doing shoe repairing in front of his drug store, I was just like a beggar to him but he was so gentle and kind to me. He always came out to me and asked, “How much money did you earn today?” If I didn’t work on the Sabbath day, on Sunday he would say, “How come you did not come out yesterday? Don’t you have to make lots of money?” He was always so concerned about me. If night would come, he would say, “Why don’t you sleep one night in my hotel?” I was totally a beggar and what if I stole away everything from his hotel. How come he was telling me to stay one night there? He recognized a person like me. Behind his house, there was a bar. The owner of the bar always brought his wife’s shoes even though it was alright. In other words, he was trying to help me. He recognized the Son of God and always concerned about me.

Because I had no money at that time, I rented a small room in a remote place in the country. I had to take a bus for about many minutes, and then walk many miles to reach that house. Because I had no money, I had to rent a house in a deep mountain place. I could not even have lunch and dinner. I barely had breakfast. After having breakfast there, I just came to the city and continue working all day long. Later, my legs began to tremble. As I became so weak, my Daddy did not even make me earn any money so I had to go back home. However, since I left home to make money for my family, I must bring at least some amount of money. Because I had no money, I had to do something else. So I asked the owner of the drug store, “I want to do physical labor in the construction work, will you please introduce to the person in charge?”

Then he said, “Can you do that kind of work?”

“Ah yes, I can.”

“But if you go to the construction place, their language is so bad... you cannot associate with them.”

Even though I was just like a beggar, he always cared about me. When the person in charge of the construction came to him, he said, “Ah, this person want to do physical labor in your place. I think that he can’t do that kind of work but he asked me to introduce him to you.”

When I went there, because I used to only have breakfast, I had no strength to do it. So I thought that my Daddy was sending me back home. There was no more choice, I had to go back home with just a little amount of money in my pocket. So I prayed again at home. I thought of being able to go home doing shoe repairing in a nearby city. The nearest city from my home was Shin-Chun so I prayed, “Father, I want to do shoe repairing in Shin-Chun city so please give me a good place.” So I went to Shin-Chun. As I looked around, everywhere, every corner which seemed to b e a good place was occupied already by shoe repairers. However, when I went to a new market, there was an empty place. So I found that it was the place my Daddy gave me, and I made a little shack. I went there in the morning and came back home in the evening. My wife kept asking me, “Where are you going? Where are you going?” So I said, “Ah, this is spiritually understood so I cannot talk to you.” I did not tell her what I was doing. Anyhow, everyday I just gave her tattered, very old money. Without knowing where that money came from, she was only receiving it. So awhile later, because she kept asking me, I had to tell her,

“I am shoe repairer these days but please leave me alone. If you come out and help me, people will call you a shoe repairer’s wife. I don’t want you to be called like that.”

However, she said, “Oh, I am so proud of you. I want to help you.” Anyhow, she was a good wife to me. Then she came to that place and she helped me sewing things.

There was a tax collector in that place. If the merchants do not pay the tax in their limited time, they even come and throw away their tables. The tax collector was almost 50 years old. If my wife would go back home, he would come to me and said, “Is she your esteemed wife?” He respected not only me but also my wife. And there was a person who always brought his shoes which was not so good. He always asked to repair his shoes but it was alright. If there was anything wrong, he always brought it to me. So later, he eventually paid me more than the price of the shoes. In other words, he was trying to help me. The fruit sellers also who came to the market, they always gave the best fruit to me before selling them. They always recognized me. When I was doing that, a rich old man came down in front of me watching me for a while. Leaving the place, he said,

“Somebody like you must be a pastor in church. You are not somebody who can do this kind of work.”

“Hey, do I look like that?”

“Of course, you are not somebody you should do this kind of work.”

Even those unbelievers, those wise men from the east, they recognized me as the Son of God. However, those who read the Bible could not recognize. History is always repeated.

When I was doing it for a while, there was a person who had a store in the market. His wife who also had her own store and I heard that in the past she also had done shoe repairing. She was an expert in shoe repairing. As he saw me making a quite amount of money everyday, he became so selfish. Even though he had a store he became so selfish. You know, selfishness is so stupid. He became so selfish and started shoe repairing shack right next to me. Because he was born in that city, he was confident of defeating me. He was going to eradicate me. Then he started shoe repairing that it became a job conflict. Strangely, all people brought their shoes only to me, not to him saying, “Ah, this person is much better.” At that time my daily average earning was 17,500 won. That amount of money, that time was a big amount. When I was making so much money, he was not. He was always walking around. Nobody brought their shoes to him. So I was doing that but when the time to start this work came, I gave everything to him.

After making a shack I just wrote down everything: repairing shoes, stoves, sewing machines. I just wrote down everything I could but I have never fixed a stove. Cooking stoves? I just saw my wife using it but I have never fixed one. Shoe repairing? I just learned for 10 minutes. I just saw people doing it. Anyhow, I could do them. Once a big company brought a huge stove asking me to fix it but I had no idea how to fix it. Anyhow, I just opened it and fixed it. If we become one with our Daddy, we can do whatever. I had no idea how I could do those things, how I could fix the sewing machine. Anyhow, I made it work but it was not me, it was my Daddy in my heart who did that. If you only become one with our Daddy, you can do anything.

Even Jesus was also a carpenter, Moses who was a great person became a shepherd. Such a great prophet, apostle Paul was also a tent maker. Then why should we be so proud of ourselves, only with soft hands, why should we only interfere with others when they are working. We must be skillful in every phase of life. If people are working hard in a farm, we must be able to help them.

Being in charge of a church in old times, if I go somewhere and meet farmers working hard, I never told them to listen to my sermon. I just helped them, working with them together. Then those people who shut their hearts at first, when I worked with them, they opened their hearts. They just accepted whatever I taught them.

So called God’s servants these days, with soft hands they just interfere with others when they work. They only visit people, trying to teach them so that they cannot even sleep. We all must be people who take off our garments of hypocrisy. We must take off our hypocrisy. Those kinds of things cannot give us salvation.

When I was shoe repairing, one of our sister announcers came down from Kang-won province. She said,

“Teacher, I came to sell rice cakes.”

“What do you mean?”

“How can I just stay calm without doing anything?”

When I was in trouble, in shame, she kept her chastity that’s why I will love her to the end. When Jesus was glorified, people followed him saying, “Oh, you are my Lord.” When He was put to shame, people left Him. Our Daddy does not want people like that. We must have a single heart to our Daddy. So God’s children must be skillful and perfect in all phases. When I first moved into the country, people in the village whispered to one another, laughing at me. Because I have been brought up without being able to do farming by myself, I did not look like somebody who can do farming by myself. I was wearing glasses, my hands were so soft, and my face looked so young.

That time, the head of the village came to this meeting. That year, I won the first prize in all the farming area. Although everybody else’ rice fields were affected by diseases, mine was most perfect and clean. My rice field was completely covered with golden rice plants. So there, I obtained the doctor’s degree of agriculture from them. After harvesting all the rice, I planted barley plants. Barley field in Cho-la province was very wide. One day, I and one of the young men there started harvesting the barley. He suggested a competition cutting the barley plants. So I said, “Alright, let’s start.” As I started, he could not catch up. He could not follow at all. So I said,

“Alright, you do one row, I am going to do two rows,” yet he could not follow me.

Then he said, “Ah, probably your sickle is much better than mine.” In this Chola area, I have never been defeated. I have never lost, I always won the first prize. Let’s switch the sickles.”

“Alright.” So, I kept doing but he could not follow me.

He kept saying, “Let’s switch the sickle” repeatedly.

So I said, “You just do two rows, and I am going to do five rows.” Yet he could not catch me up.

After going back home, he said to his brother who attended my church, “Ah, I have never met somebody like him. I did not know that Teacher Park was like that.” Wherever we go, we must be able to help everybody. We should not be imperfect in all phases. We must not be false servants of God, we must be true children of God. So I hope you live wisely so that your faith may not make you only dry frogs at the end.

People say that vegetable selling gains a lot at first but losing a lot at the end. They gain a lot when they sell those things but later they find that all the vegetables and fruits are completely rotten behind. However, our true heavenly business is only gaining without losing. Among you here is sitting a person who was a captain in the world, who had a 50 thousand ton ship. After receiving this message, he went to the country. Now, he is doing farming. You can ask him how happy he is. Everyday, he is full of happiness. His family became a miniature heaven. This is what is called happiness. This one word ‘happiness’ is not roaming around in the world. It has nowhere to go. People do not even know what happiness is. No matter what we do in the world, even if we abandon our position as a captain of a 50 thousand-ton ship, if we only sell these words of eternal life, we will always gain. So I hope you make best use of your life.

Reader: What a sensible and wise choice they made! Should we not likewise choose to lead such a wise and prudent life which is given but once? How many numerous people have there been who have sought for worldly, perishable and corruptible thrones and glories, instead of heaven’s most glorious throne and died away! Billions of God’s children today are still absorbed in vain glories of the world and are losing precious opportunities given which come but once.

But the King of heaven, our Father is still sending His invitation, [and sent out his servants ... Come ... all things are ready, come] Jesus is also exclaiming, [Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His (Father’s) glory, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones ... and shall reign forever and ever.]

Praise the Lord! Glory to God our real Father forever and ever, who has unsparingly given away His throne to us!  Praise the Lord!

Speaker: Amen! Do you believe that our Father already gave to us His throne? Yes, our Father already gave to us His throne. Apostle John already saw us sitting on our heavenly throne. It is the same thing that we are already sitting on our heavenly throne right now. Since we already received it, I hope you will never lose it. I hope you do not exchange the heavenly throne, the everlasting heavenly throne with those paper money. Like Moses and Paul, we should never exchange our heavenly throne with anything in the world.
